Flights to Salt Lake City (Salt Lake City - SLC)

Salt Lake City International is conveniently located just a few miles from downtown Salt Lake, so getting to and from the airport is fairly quick and painless. There are several transportation options, including taxis, limos, public transportation, and rental cars.

Most of the larger area hotels also offer courtesy transportation. Reservations can be made with your hotel, or you can use the direct line hotel phone banks at the far end of the baggage claim areas on the ground level of the terminals.

Public/Ground Transfer

Utah Transit Authority (801-287-4636) buses serve the downtown area (Route 50 gets you to the airport). Journey time is around 20-25 minutes and buses run from 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday (and only until 5:30 p.m. on Sundays). One-way bus fare is $1.25

Airport Shuttles

Shuttle service runs about $45, depending on the destination and the number of passengers. A number of services will take passengers well beyond downtown Salt Lake City into ski areas and even as far as Yellowstone. Call for reservations and fares.
