Front desk staff were very helpful and attentive with booking taxis, looking into tours, explaining the BART system, accommodating room needs, etc.
Bistro was understaffed. Lines for breakfast were long and very slow moving. One morning the one worker who had to ring up food, make it and serve it - was so overwhelmed that she forgot to give me my food. I ran out of time to wait for it and when I tried to cancel my order she gave me a hard time about it. Kids wanted to swim in pool but the water was ice cold and not possible for them to swim in it. This was a huge disappointment.
