The rate is Affordable and the place is comfortable
Facilities is limited
We were greeted by a polite staff and granted access a bit early. Facilities were nice. Great pillows!
The grounds are very spacious and it feels very removed from the hustle and bustle of the main street. The staff was courteous and helpful. The Jacuzzis are open 24hrs and the rooms were clean and comfortable. For the price its a great place!1
We were on the first floor and able to park our car right outside of our room, so carrying our heavy luggage into the room was very easy! Breakfast at the hotel cafe was diner style...quick and delicious, and the waitress was super friendly.
The AC unit in our room turned on, but was only hot air. Very uncomfortable when it is hot outside, yet still cooler than inside of the room. Luckily, we were only staying one night.
Right by the freeway
Room was not available Booked in advance and they didn't have the room Another person walked in and got a room for $79. I paid $129 and there was no room for me
Internet worked well on premises. Common grounds were clean throughout the areas.
The rooms are small. Carpet could be cleaner.
Everything, good location and I can get anywhere within 30 minutes, friendly staff.
It was clean and the staff was nice
The room was small and parking was tight
Everything was pretty new. Staff was friendly. They picked me up from the airport after a little wait. Very good value. We plan on staying at this location if we are ever hack in town.
Pool closes at 10. Could use a little more parking.
The pool was very refreshing and the bartender (Betz) were a pleasure.
the service in the restaurant was very poor.
The location is great.
The wifi is not reliable which is annoying.
Great value for the money, beds were comfortable, facilities were clean, nice pool and hot tub, location was great for San Diego attractions.
Clean, excellent pool, friendly staff, the bed was very comfortable, the location is pretty relaxing it is right next to the free way but the noise was no problem.
No continental breakfast.
There was a "random stabbing" that happened at the entrance when we arrived for our reservation. Then after we talked to the police and found out more, we decided to stay. It was the middle of the night and had prepaid for room through kayak. So now I'm back home and the card they asked to keep on file in case of damages was charged $100 although I had already paid through kayak and no damages occurred. Now I'm in the process of waiting for their manager to get back from his off days to get a refund. Should have just left.
It was pretty close to all the places we wanted to go.
To expensive for the room I got.
I am so sad to say that this was the worst hotel visit I have ever had. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude. The plumbing was horrible. You could hear what everyone was doing in the rooms around you. Our smoke detector kept going off throughout the trip and would not stop. They constantly have solicitors walking around shoving adds through your hotel door. Just in the time I took a shower there were 4 adds that ended up on the floor in front of my door. We got at least a total of 7 adds a day. The kids distributing them would just shove them through the cracks of the door. It was dirty. There were several squashed bugs on our ceiling with the legs of them still up there. It was just horrible. I do not recommend staying here.
The location was ideal and the room was well accommodated
The space was very small and we could barely fit a group of 4, comfortably. The bathroom space was so tiny and uncomfortable.
The pool and gym were nice. Wifi worked well. Centrally located to most San Diego attractions. The bed was very comfortable.
Received six restaurant takeout menus slipped under the door in one day, which was irritating. Found a used tissue behind a nightstand, old (not completely removed) piece of gum on the shower curtain rod. Thin walls with loud neighbors.
I love that it was clean and near SeaWorld were I needed to go the beds were comfy and I had no problems
Rude staff not friendly at all and dirty rooms. They did not even have the soaps inside bathroom. Promotional pamplets everywhere on room floor.
Restaurant was so-so.
Good price Decently clean Good location - near airport and Sea World, not far from the beach
Rooms are very small and need updating The cafe at the hotel was subpar This hotel is fine if you are trying to vacation on a budget, but if you are trying to set the tone of an awesome family vacation, this is not the hotel for you.
Great location, quiet, It was pretty location, the outside was nice..
The rooms were old, carpet, bathrooms, etc. they pretty much justed painted over everything, I went out Saturday and came back around 3AM and there was a homeless guy naked in the jacuzzi! he was getting out and unfortunately we had to witness it... they could upgrade a bit
Nice location. Nice warm pool and spa. Good price
Every night we had to ask for pool towels because they never stocked enough. The front desk receptionist bordered on rude when I asked for more towels.
How close it was to fashion valley
Mold on ice, hair on towel, heater smelled like a dead body, got but in the bed, and wifi didn't always work
Decent price for location.
There was a wet wash cloth hanging over the shower curtain bar. Other than that, the room was clean. No breakfast included.
Place is not clean. Poor parking. Feel cramped up. Staff was not flexible to help us switch rooms. Gave us a second floor location. Asked for first floor location. No help at all. How can the place be ALL booked????
We were often treated like second-class citizens by the staff. The reasons cited for their less than desirable responses was because we booked through a third party company. (Kayak) A/C failed on us the last night. Sleeping was uncomfortable.
We checked in at 7 pm and it was already too dark to see the building numbers to locate our room. Parking lot wS not well lit
The warm water for the showers did not work very well at all. Also, all the rooms around us were drunk and loud and even banging on our door at 2 am preventing us to sleep. I called the front desk and asked that more toiletries be brought to our room along with towels and they told me house keeping was gone for the day so i would have to go get it myself. While i sent walked to the front desk to do so, i saw someone from the front desk on their way to a room with more towels. rude.
