Price and Location
Outside noise all night and early in the morning. Need warmer bedding during cold nights.
The price for room was perfect, and I was able to shower and sleep. The basics.
Well, if you go in with high expectations, you will be let down. The one thing that I can think of that would have been better left out is the slight noise from outside.
Staff were well informed about local attractions. Room was clean, containing a bed, tv and shower.
Small inner city hotel is a budget alternative so there was no pool, cable, dining room, of complimentary anything. It is a bare bones operation, but not a rat trap.
friendly personnel, free wi-fi (because I stayed for 9 days), size of the room
noisy because no double glazing in bedroom and at Geary street side
Very convenient location, The price was right. Friendly staff.
The windows and surrounding framework were filthy. The faucet leaked and the blowdryer was broken. The mattresses were covered in plastic. It was very noisey at night with all the homeless people sleeping outside on the sidewalk.
I liked the fact that the hotel was in the center of the city more or less. The personnel of the hotel were very helpful. For the price I payed I guess all was fair.
The room I got was in the back of the hotel, facing a garage. It might be quieter but it was a bit far behind, and I wasn't informed about it before.
only the location
it was impossible to see the outside from the window, it seems the window has never been cleaned since the building was contructed (Room No: 204).
The rooms are very clean. Some of the staff was very helpful.
The location is not very good. On our first night there we were woke at 3am by a woman screaming for help.
Excellent location - 1 block from Union Square and 2 blocks from Powell St BART
