I can never go wrong in selecting a 1 star in SR. I have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. I'm glad to see that you had non-smoking room as a selection.
Internet a bit slow.
Air conditioner was broken. Could not or would not move me to another room. No maid service the entire stay. No blow dryer.
Nice that they had dishes available and a kitchen
The room smelled like fish from the prior guests cooking
They should have house keeping each day. They should change towels each day as well. They refused even to offer us towels.
It had a nice kitchenette and a nice bathroom.
The staff were terrible, hardly spoke english. we got room swapped because toilet broke and they dont have any maintenance people. second room was decent, breakfast was a muffin/granola bar. beds are hard, bad service all around. BEWARE STAY ELSEWHERE!!!!
My toilet was covered in fecal matter behind the seat when I would shower the fecal matter dripped down the toilet
Since I had a late check in after the office closed they had already selected my room and I could not change it. They put me in a smoking room on the freeway side of the hotel. The room smelled pretty bad and I kept waking uphearing the freeway traffic.
Staff at reception (Hotel employee) were really humble and helping nature
The only thing good about this hotel is the decent location.
Management at this hotel is probably the worst of the extended stay. The manager is never around, but just orders his workers via the phone. My family was kicked out of the hotel on Thanksgiving day because we did not pay to extend at exactly 11am.
Bathroom facet leaked, and toilet ran all night
Unfortunately the only room that was available was a smoking room. It smelled horrible & was overwhelming. Other then that it was just a 1 star hotel.
The manager is a very bad manager. Very rude to guests. Insulted my parents for no reason. Will never come back to that hotel as long as he is still the manager.
Hated everything about thus hotel expecially the management
The room when I checked in was dirty and used
I've stayed here three different times. Two of the three room had filthy carpets. They should buy a rug shampoo.
Location & pricing. The room is good
Sewage smell coming up thru the pipes in the bathroom
Overall clean room, friendly and helpful hotel staff.
Damages to hotel room, check-in lobby hard to find. Wouldn't stay again for same price I p aid I would for 10-15% cheaper.
It was off the freeway and close to where I had to be.
No, everything was as I expected.
It had a bed and a bathroom
The room smelled like old cigarette smoke and the heater worked poorly either too hot or too cold.
There was a lady working the front desk named Francis and she helped me get into my room very quickly and it was her third day working there which had me impressed.
This was a mid week, last minute booking. 2 of us just needed some alone time. It was exactly what we needed something comfortable, inexpensive, and convenient. Pet friendly is great.
bed was too hard and pillow was too hard.
My room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was accommodating. I have no complaints and will definitely stay there again.
The shower made a loud and funny rumbling noise when I used it that was a little scary. Maybe it was a 'hot water on demand' heater. I hope it did not wake anyone around me up.
It's location was good for me.
Yes, it took me 45 minutes to check in because they wouldn't accept the priceline prepaid reservation even when I showed them the confirmation letter.
Priceline defaults to a smoking room and I have severe allergies. The hotel did not have any non-smoking rooms available so I was forced to sleep with my window open and the fan blowing. This was unsafe and I was restless and sneezing my entire stay.
location was close to work, breakfast was ok and mini kitchen with frig.
smoke smell even though room was non smoking... housekeeping was once a week.
Location was close to where I needed to be.
Noise pipes when water is turned on, rattles the walls and bothers neighbors on either side every morning. Internet is excruciatingly slow, can't get any work done from the room.
Perfect location, right of 680. Room comes with fridge, microwave, plates, utensils, cups, two burner range, bathroom, tv, Internet, and bed. Everything you need if you don't want to do take out our eat out for every meal. Applebee's right next door.
Room looked old, could have been cleaner but nothing gross or unsettling.
The location was good.
Our room was dirty and very run down. The bathroom smelled like smoke, I think from the ventilation system, even though it was a non smoking room.
Location is great
It was horrible, room was not cleaned before moving in, bed not made, bathroom not cleaned, no towels, no soap, very very bad
The only good thing about this hotel was having a bed to sleep in.
Everything was bad.
I was given a smoking room, I don't smoke. The gamble you take when bidding on a hotel room.
easy check in
the smoke Oder in the room, shower pipes making loudddd noise, low water and toilet pressure, slow internet
alot of sherriffs or san ramon police dept following cars and checking plates in and out of hotel makes me wonder why ? this hotel
Price was only good thing about this hotel.
Bed was terrible! Not only was it too soft it sunk-in in the middle and head was at a downward slope. There was a coffee maker and coffee in room but there was no pot to brew coffee in.
The staff was nice and pleasant but the room which we were given had something to be desired. The selection set aside for this 'deal' was scary and disgusting. When you walked into the room, there were existing patch marks on the walls that were never painted. Around the bathroom tub there was mold growing out from around the caulking and toilet. The towels in the bathroom and kitchen were worn out and frayed. The sheets looked like they were also old and not cleaned. We went back to the front desk and mentioned the conditions of the room and they 'upgraded' us to something that you didn't feel like you needed to clean before you entered.
When we first walked in the room, it had an overwhelming smell of bleach. We had to open the door for a while to get some fresh air as the window would not open. Then when tried the heater, a horrible odor came from it. Again, we had to leave the door open to get rid of the smell. Luckily we only spent one night there and left the next day.
We were assigned to two different rooms that were already occupied! After hauling our luggage down twice, (and 1 hour later) we were given a room with only one bed! We paid * extra for the extra bed at reservation. Emploiyee couldn't offer discount, butr told us to call the manager who came in 2 hours after our planned check out time. Would not recommend.
If you like sleeping with ants in your bed, this is the place for you. Thank God we only had to stay her one night. When I complained about the ants, they just said, ''Oh.''
