We came for a wedding and decided to make a weekend of it. Our room was very nice, with a king sized bed and big bathroom, and the pool was great. The garden (where the wedding was held) was pretty-- though not as big or extravagant as I was expecting. The food at the reception and at the one breakfast we ate there was very good. We didn't even look at the spa so I can't comment on that. We had a nice stay overall.
The only real negative was the strong smell of garbage coming from the trash area in the back of the Inn, which we had to walk past every time we went into the parking lot. All three days of our stay the smell was present. Another thing that surprised us was how thin the walls are between the rooms (we were in room 19); we could hear the man next to us clearing his throat and bumping into the wall between us a couple of times. For an expensive hotel I wouldn't have expected that.
