need more room for breakfast
Good sized rooms. Nice outdoor pool and jacuzzi. The hotel is away from the tourist area of Sedona in a good area close to the canyons.
They served a very good complimentary breakfast but the breakfast dining area is like sitting in a corridor.
room was comfortable, Staff helpful.
Breakfast was limited and bit boring over four days, housekeeping was a bit inconsistent from day to day
location. laundry room
slightly moldy smell in room
The location was great, the room was set well and the breakfast buffet was a nice touch.
I did not like how housekeeping maintained the room and the level cleanliness. I also had garbage piled up in a can outside my room for 2 days. it could have attraced a wild animal and someone could have been injured. Carpets needed to be cleaned and vacumed.
Staff were very friendly and setting of hotel was lovely.
The room is nice and clean, People with special needs will not have any problem. When we were inside the room we got a recorded message from the owner, Very interesting.
The staff is bad, They don`t try to know who you are, what do you want in the city, The area is for tourists and of course everybody wants to know many things, I did ask for information and he said I could get many brochures close to the reception. The guy at front desk spoke for a minute, showed a paper with hotel information and nothing more, Bad experience, Luis Araujo
The woman who checked us in was extremely helpful in suggesting places to eat and giving directions. The housekeeper was such a sweetheart and very good at her job.
Our TV remote would not work, so I called the front desk and a young man came up with another one. He tried to bring in a better picture to no avail. It was so fuzzy and filled with static, that it was nearly impossible to make out what we were watching. He said he didn't know why it was like that, said sorry and left..............
Excellent situation for visiting Sedona. Clean, comfortable and helpful staff.
The bed was very comfortable and the TV. The only negatives : No view or balcony and the jacuzzi was an oversized tub jacuzzi.
