Clean rooms and helpful staff, very clean, well maintained, close to Airport, very quiet and comfortable, great location, service and price, clean, comfortable, exceptional service and location, clean rooms, comfortable beds, pleasant/friendly/knowledgeable staff throughout the property, clean rooms, the best hotel bed ever, location to the highway was nice, the clerk at the front desk who checked us in and out was very nice, the staff was very nice, the room was perfect for me, very clean…and the bed was so comfortable, nicely furnished, good, light blankets, good pillows, good soap products, comfy bed, don’t hear noise from other rooms, excellent location - comfortable, easy etc. no issues there, very clean, very convenient having the Denny's there, staff was extremely friendly at check-in, deposit returned quickly

The location seemed very unsafe, the room noise was horrible, vending machines were not working, AC noise, no microwave, all in all, hotels are a rip-off, nothing against this location, hotels, parking, everything is just overpriced, improve the housekeeping cleaning checklist, to ensure it is consistent and nothing is missed out during the cleaning, noise level of other guests, other guest smoking on property, noise level from the outside (freeway/guests) was an issue, some insulation/weather stripping around the frame of the door would likely reduce some of that, sleeping earplugs should be recommended, in addition to that, we woke up in the morning to find that our car was hit in the parking lot - no note left, guests smoking in and out of the building, no room service, the door had a huge gap, room 521, the room was loud, can hear everyone talking outside, hard to rest, they charge $12 per night for parking on-site, incorrect price paid, being charged a $12 fee per night for parking, internet low quality, no, the room I was given had an unmade bed, dirty towels, and trash everywhere, I also had to pay for parking on top of the room fee, you should have to pay additional fees to park at the facility you are paying to stay at, the parking fee, loud neighbors and someone smoked weed all night, the ice machine wasn't working, doors/walls are pretty thin, if it’s late and people are talking/walking by your door you’ll hear it loud and clear, noise street, no breakfast, or at least I wasn’t informed if there was
