Cons:I booked a VOLVO. On the website vehicle description it read "VOLVO XC60, MERCEDES Benz GLA, MAZDA CX-9, OR Similar". I got a CADILLAC XT5. The guy at the counter said that is all we have or you can upgrade to a Range Rover at $350/Day! My booking was $50/Day. I had no choice but to take the XT5. This vehicle was a nightmare. I had hard time keeping it between the lanes; wandered all over the place. The headlights were very weak. The engine was weak; couldn't keep up. Brakes were weak. Tha navigation system was horrible. When accelerating, there were several stop and go motion; friction. I would not recommend anyone from renting from SIXT.

Cons:I reserved a car online 4 hours before I needed it. However, when we got there they had no car to give us. This was at 2am and we were without a car. Absolutely terrible experience and will never use Sixt again.

Pros:Expedited return! Customer service representatives were kind and friendly. Few days earlier I received an upgrade! The GMC Acadia was truly comfortable for our trip to San Francisco.
