There was mold in the shower, beds were old and very soft, one of the box springs on the bed was broken. Continental Breakfast served starting at 8:30am, after the ski resort lifts start running, so could not take advantage of it.Decor needs updating and routine maintenance is lacking.
1. The hotel is within walking distance to the heavenly ski resort. 2. Breakfast is provided in the hotel.
1. The staff is rude , the hotel charges an 7 dollar extra fee and only provides one queen room for guests who booked from priceline,I have to pay ---- dollar more to upgrade the room. 2. The room is outdated, shower in the bathroom is not working.Bad experience, I will never try this hotel again.
The lady working at the front desk was awfully nice when I checked in.
Although it was clean, everything about the room just seemed old. The furniture, the bedding, the alarm clock. the tv etc. It was just old and no sign of any attempt to update anything at all.
Proximity to event
No frills ave. hotel. It had a good shower.
When I arrived, I had to pay additional money because the priceline cost was incorrect.
The location was perfect.
We had to pay an extra fee on top of what we paid through priceline.Good customer service
Location and price. Does not have a/c, but in Tahoe that's no problem.
We knew what we were getting. There are so many things to do in Tahoe all u need is a place to lay your head.
It was very conveniently located for our plans at Lake Tahoe, Stateline. Its a very simple and pleasant hotel to stay at and would stay there again.
It had the old style tvs, no flat screens to watch the shows at night or in the morning in clear view.As mentioned before, this hotel is worth it to stay here. Its conveniently located in any direction of activity at the Stateline- NV & CA border at Lake Tahoe. Its in a quiet area and just pleasant to relax at. We went during the summer so we relaxed at the pool with big and tall pine trees nearby. It also had continental breakfast and it was delicious. The rooms were spacious, clean, and perfect for our stay.
The pool area was great!
There was not a blow dryer available in the room.
