Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful and scenic location, as well as the quality and variety of the breakfast. However, many experienced issues with service, such as lack of staff presence, unclear check-in procedures, and unhelpful responses to problems. Cleanliness was also a concern for several guests, with reports of dirty rooms and common areas. While some found the value for price reasonable, the overall experience was mixed due to recurring service and cleanliness issues.
