Pros (+) Fantastic staff did everything in their power to help me with problems I had with the airlines.

Cons (-) Very clean hotel. Staff is accommodating. I was forced to stay over because of a cancelled flight. So I was without luggage and things I needed. They made sure I was well taken care of.
Pros (+) It has a convenient location and reasonable price next to the airport. Shuttle makes catching a flight convenient. Staff was very friendly such as front desk clerk Janet. Everything in the room worked well. Room was comfortable other than mattress.
Cons (-) The carpet should be replaced. Mattress was not comfortable and sagged to the middle. There was a constant sound like overflowing toilet from room above that annoyed my handyman, mechanical ears.

Cons (-) Parking was gated... somewhat inconvenient but I understood it to be of necessity since the airport is right there. Soap dispensers in the shower. Efficient/not as wasteful im sure... but penny pinching when the room is $115+/night.
