This hotel was cheap and very nice for a short stay. Nothing fancy by any means, but considering all we did was sleep while we were in the room, it was more than sufficient.
I'm not an overly picky person however some people may find the following annoying: The bed was a little stiff, traffic can sometimes be loud since it's on a busy road and neighbors can be heard somewhat easily depending on their voice level. This hotel is great for the low price. Because of how stiff the bed is, I don't know that I could stay for an extended period of time, but for two nights it was more than sufficient. There were a couple of restaurants within walking distance and Boulder's right a across the road has great pizza and many beer choices. There is a gas station next door (I'm pretty sure it's 24 hours) which turned out to be very convenient.
location location locationWill stay here again,in Tempe,as opposed to downtown Phoenix, close to the airport,PHX,with loads of bars/restaurants around
