Cons:In Lisboa they did not found my booking!! The Assekuranze (Allianz) got their charges Already with my creditcard. I had to take another car for 100% more as the booking with KAYAK was . A bad Deal ! Now I Must get my Money back for the Assecurrance( more than 300€) .

Cons:A friendly person told us that there our car is not available even we had a booking confirmation from your side. She mentioned that there was probably a bug on the your platform.

Pros:He staff members were competent and professional.
Cons:The original car supplied was smaller than expected for the category. I had to upgrade to fit people/luggage and the upgrade cost was almost as much as the original rental. However, the upgrade was minimally larger and definitely not worth double the cost. That situation was/is infuriating.
