Pros:Centralized non-airport location. Helpful and courteous staff.

Pros:Great car! Nice SUV. Fast return, very friendly.
Cons:Check in girl unfriendly, rude. I am Dutch and speak the language. Snot nose young girl. Needs some service training. Need bigger Theifty sign. Operated by Hertz. Taxes are just aweful.

Cons:Rented for one day, got charged for two :-( Booked from 9am till 9am; got the keys at around 9:40 (line + preparing the car), ***asked by a staff member to return between 9 and 10am***, returned at 9:55. Time in the receipt — 9:20 to 10:02. Support doesn't care and claims I was late according to the contract. After the second email they explicitly said, "we are unable to comment on the remark our staff member may have made", but did refund me the insurance for that extra day! I don't get the logic at all, and even more I don't get the attitude. Extremely upset.
Pros:Yes. The staff said I couldn’t rent the vehicle due to my age. They also requested that I submit for a refund with my agent who booked.

Cons:I set the pick up time for 2 pm and showed up at 2:05 pm and saw that it had just closed! I should not have been allowed to book at the closing time. Ridiculous.
Pros:The staff were very friendly and the drop off was was also good
Cons:The car was rubbish - I plugged my phone into the USB to use google maps and it continually crashed and kept reverting back to the existing nav system in the car. Then the USB went dead completely. The drivers window did not close properly and at speed made a noise. When closed it would open again and the same process repeat. I had requested a Golf but got instead a Ford focus...not ideal for German roads...I won't accept this again - I should have been more stern...
