Pros. Our stay at APA Sugamo was was very comfortable! We had a great view and the bed was perfect! We appreciated the cheap laundry on site and the bath on the upper floor. The staff was very friendly and attentive.
Cons. The breakfast was a little too expensive for the selection of foods. Not enough breakfast type foods. There weren't enough pillows and the ones available were too flat. Some instructions on how to use the air conditioning and heater in English would've been helpful. Aside from this we really enjoyed our comfortable stay.
