How close it was to the event I traveled to participate in. Plus, it was close to a good variety of restaurants to dine at. Not just fast food places.
Was having some work done in hall down from our room. Not noisy, but is was unsightly without being a problem.I would probably use their hotel in the future if I was staying for just a few days. Everything was satisfying without over charging for the stay.
Worst Hotel I ever had with Priceline, I was not happy at all ...

Proximity to pleasing dining.I was generally pleased. Some renovation in progress. But I settled in comfortably for the two nights I was there. I appreciated the discounts at the two restaurants down the street. I will stay there again the next time I'm in Toledo for a layover.
Older hotel. Needs some fixing up. Side entry door does not lock at any time so anyone can walk in. At one time a room key would have been needed to be inserted to open the door. When we arrived to check in we were expecting a king room as that is what we had booked. We were told by the desk clerk we were being checked into a double room. We said that was wrong and showed her our receipt for a king room. We were told they didn't have any king rooms available and she didn't know who assigned the rooms that day. Our room was dark and only had 2 small lamps. We never could get our ipad to connect to the 'Free wi-fi' Breakfast was so-so, we didn't go hungry. The waffles and muffins were ok, threw away the biscuits and gravy and passed on the green bananas.
Got a double instead of king. no rooms left. smoking!! yuck.
Awful disgusting hotel. Next door to a strip club in a very shady part of town. Would recommend to no one.Terrible disgusting shitty fleabag hotel not fit for even lot lizards.
