The price seems to be near the best in the area
This hotel is fairly old, part of the bathrooms have been redone and the bed had clean new fresh linens, but other than that the hotel felt a little musty and the carpet was extremely dated.
Our room smelt a little musty....but we didn't spend too much of our time in the room. We did a lot of site seeing.
I like about studio room
Cost me for parking too much
Great location, nice big clean room, staff was amazingly helpful and kids and I enjoyed the pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room! It's nice you can swim until midnight!!
Couldn't get through to room service from 9:40 pm on and it room service stops at 10 so we preferred pizza out of the hotel!!!
My favorite part was the steam room.
The elevator was broken at the time but they were trying to fix it asap
Not. Very clean
Nice big clean rooms felt like home
The odd sketchy character outside but to be expected in downtown, not there fault
Not too expensive
Front desk staff gave bad directions twice. Propositioned by prostitutes a block from their front door. Pool and hot tube where pretty mediocre. Bed wasn't very comfortable.
The hotel was quite adequate and offered the services that one would expect from a hotel in its price range, but little more. The reception staff was not particularly friendly (though the housekeeping staff was!). Overall, functional but no perks. Internet free of charge was very much appreciated, but paying more than $1 per local call is exorbitant.
It was very close to the city centre and the room was big and comfortable.
Sometimes the staff at the desk wasn't very nice - not rude, but it is nice when they are pleasent.
The staff at the front desk were very helpful. the resturant was very good especially for breakfast. The pool was very clean.
I think all rooms should have a small refrigerator.
They upgraded us for free because we stayed in the middle of the week and not many people had rooms booked.
Analysis of prostitute behavior
No sleep due to noise. Took 48 hours to figure out how to turn on heat. No hot water for at least 5 minutes.
logation and hotel staff
the cleanliness of the room
Location was good and spa and pool was great
The room was clean, and adequate.
Swimming pool was very disappointing - one of the reasons I booked at this hotel was to use it. But it was only 4 ft deep, not very conducive for swimming AND the whirlpool wasn't working!! Not up to standard for what is billed as a 'spa.' Very noisy overnight, people screaming etc. eventually it quieted down...
The Sauna and steam room wasnt on
