Pros:Location was perfect for stopping on drive from NC to NYC. We avoided rush hour traffic for the final push to NYC
Cons:Overall the facility seemed in need of an upgrade. Nothing specific just felt a little dated

Pros:Every staff member was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate great customer service and that is what I received here. The room was beautiful. Especially the desk and sitting area. I am a writer and the desk chair was so comfortable that I may return just for a mini writer's retreat. The chair and ottoman were perfect for reading (currently working on Sing, Unburied, Sing by Jesmyn Ward). The beds were so comfortable. I slept well. The refrigerator kept my drinks cool. I didn't need to get ice. There was a Earl Grey tea available which was awesome. I utilized the entire room and felt super comfortable.
Cons:The only thing that I could think of is there is no entrance to the hotel from the parking garage (that I was aware of) and I had to walk outside in the cold longer than I would have liked (but even this small thing was offset by the low parking rate!)

Cons:I've stayed here twice before and it was great. This time, no housekeeping. Elevators not working and you needed to step over piles of garbage to use the service elevator. Starbucks in the lobby just didn't open Sunday morning. Staff unaware why or even that it wasn't open even though they were looking right at a dark restaurant.

Pros:As far as Towson goes, there doesn't seem to be too many hotels, and if you don't mind a little walk, everything is within reaching distance of this locale. Rooms are VERY comfortable, TVs big, plenty of place to put your things.
Cons:They could up their game in the quality of the toiletries. A little scent goes a long way. Also, room service messed up my order pretty well, not sure the guy was really paying close attention when I ordered, but it's all good.

Cons:While the staff were friendly and helpful when they could be, the hotel felt understaffed. Things felt a bit shabby and worn around the edges. And what hotel with a pool, business or otherwise, closes it down during the daytime hours when those of us working or visiting family/friends might have an hour to get a workout in? It's great that you pay a lifeguard, but don't skimp on the hours.

Cons:People smoking weed, parting extermly loud and having sex none stop they all could hear. Called to complain serveral times with nothing being done. Horrible stay me we not recommend it
