Cons (-) Overall experience was terrible, had to ask for clean sheets upon arriving, body hair all over sheets.Room was filthy apparently had just a quick pickup of debri before arriving. Had to ask for TV remote. No housekeeping the following day. Had to ask for towels and was told sorry we are out at the moment.. I will not be staying here again.. worst experience I have had ever in Tuscaloosa!!!

Cons (-) From the bedbug infested beds to the drug dealers in the next room, my whole experience was terrible. I cancelled my reservation and got a MUCH nicer place. Totally unsafe in there and REEKED of cigarettes. This is on top of the fact the room was crawling with BED BUGS. Hadnt been cleaned in weeks by the looks of it, not to mention the peeling paint everywhere. Staff was terrible and when I reques...

Cons (-) the lobby and hall area smelled of cigarette smoke. because it was during football season, the price was increased ridiculously for the quality of the room. $200 for a roaches! the pillows & bed were uncomfortable. it was advertised that check in is from 9 am-9pm, we weren't allowed to check in until after noon. also, the towels were stained. for the money they charge during football season, they ...

Cons (-) GROSS ROOM--NO TOILET PAPER AND COURTESY OFFICER COULD NOT PROVIDE ANY, HAD TO MAKE TRIP TO STORE--DEAD COCKROACHES, DEAD FLYS, RAT DROPPINGS BETWEEN CABINET AND REFRIGERATOR, MOLDED COFFEE FILTER IN COFFEE MAKER, MICROWAVE HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED SINCE? REFRIGERATOR NOT CLEAN, EITHER! WE LEFT AND DID NOT STAY! THIS ESTABLISHMENT NEEDS TO BE CHECKED FROM CODE ENFORCEMENT AND HEALTH DEPARTMENT!
