Location to the Grand Canyon.

Did not provide free breakfast as most hotels do. Also no coffee/tea station available in the lobby.

nothing

This hotel is between grand canyon and williams. If you can, goto hotels in Grand canyon or in tusayan. Otherwise there are lot of hotels in Williams, more animations. Valle's in countryside.

Hotel to avoid absolutely. Dont book room in this hotel. I booked rooms for Grand Canyon Inn, they gave me rooms in a motel in otherside of the road. There was strange insects in the bed. Lot of electrical cable under table and the bed.

The breakfast seemed to be of decent quality.

I didn't like the placement of the small window AC unit. It's placed in the wall in a location that blows into the bathroom/sink area and not directly into the sleeping area.

For the price, I felt like it could have stood to have more amenities and a better atmosphere. The exterior could definitely benefit from a modernized/fresh facelift.

It is very convenient, yet secluded off I-40 just east of Williams, Arizona. It is surrounded on three sides by a pine forest. It has the feel of a lodge in some ways. It has great open spaces and well kept grounds.

The air-conditioner had to be turned on max at all times to keep the room cool. My stay was in mid-summer, so this would not be a big deal most times of the year.

I have been very satisfied with my stays here at the Grand. I stayed here a few weeks earlier and really appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. The proprietors are working hard to make this motel truly grand. I will definitely stay here again and again

I like the fact that this motel was built in 1936. It is a really neat looking motel.

location, 50 miles to grand canyon

overpriced for what you get/

I thought I was getting a Queen Bed, but it seemed to be a Full sized bed. Only one soap bar and no glass. breakfast was a bagel and warm coffee, juice was good. Room was small and I parked on the street, didn't see where they offered parking. The location is wonderful and I really liked the small town, but I do believe it was overprice. It cost meXXX per night, I think a travelodge would have been cheaper and the accommadations just as good. The name of the motel appealed to me.

Location is great for the Grand Canyon Park. Easy to get in and out. It is also right next to the National Geographic Welcome Center. They have a good restaurant with reasonable prices associated with the Motel.

This was a very disappointing experience, the staff made us feel like herded cattle and yet we arrived without a group. It was a very basic room and the toilet did not flush even liquid down. I will NOT be staying at this hotel again. No parking near room

For the price, even that close to the Grand Canyon was not worth it. We stayed the next night at the canyon for the same price and had excellent customer service and felt like individuals and beautiful accommodations, our toilet worked, the shower was not in need of work like at red feather.

We liked the location and the breakfast best.

There were no covers on the electric outlets, the screen window was broken, the toilet was difficult to flush, one of the locks on the door had been broken, and carpeting was dirty and worn.

The rooms were nice and big. The lobby was nice.

The attached restaurant was pretty expensive, but so were other restaurants in the surrounding area. Basically, you are paying triple everything because of proximity to the Grand Canyon. (Proximity was nice.)

We stayed here because we wanted to spend the day at the Grand Canyon, and didn't want to travel very far after. The proximity was nice, but as was EVERYTHING in this town, (gas per gallon was $4.37 compared to $3.59 average around Arizona) the hotel was overpriced, in my opinion. But we decided to splurge for the one night. It was also 4th of July weekend... The room was large and comfortable, although the fridge had a weird red button on the inside, and we weren't sure how to work it. It seems as if this hotel may have bought out another, so there are 2 separate buildings. I wanted to go swimming, but our building housed the 'spa' which consists of 2 glorified hot tubs, and we couldn'...

The location.

The rooms were filthy and there was a crack in our door, which allowed outside cigarette smoke to enter the room. We had no way of adjusting our air conditioner, which was located near the ceiling. The fixtures in the bathroom were rusted...not rustic.

There was also water damage on the bathroom ceiling, which was just painted over. We have over 20 years in the hospitality/hotel industry and even for a motel this was unacceptable. We would never stay in this establishment again.

It was convenient to the Grand Canyon National Park. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Air conditioning in the room didn't work. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. When I asked for information they talked to me like I was nuisance and gave me the bare minimum information. Overall, although the hotel itself was comfortable and clean the staff were below average and didn't seem to know much about the National Park.

The location was great and the room was a good size. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was surprisingly good.

The restaurant food was terrible and the staff struggled to understand our Britsh accent so consequently the service was terrible - our beers failed to arrive with our meal and getting extra condiments was hard work!

A great location for visiting the Canyon.

location near the interstate

Staff was not friendly. Very noisy rooms. Plumbing was noisy and you could hear neighbors very easily. Bar was dirty and mis managed. The entire place had a negative feeling

I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago when it was under a different company name. ramada has not helped this property whats so ever. Its room are noisy and make privacy and sleeping difficult. When we visited the bar, there were lots of dirty table and no clean ones to sit at. The bartender and wait staff neither tried to accomodate us so we left without buying a drink. The entire property is surrounded by a very negative feeling. Long hall ways with few bell hop carts to assist the guests. Parking wasn't particularly easy or conveinient to the room we had. I was shocked to see that this place got a three star rating. 1.5% is more like it. Cheap beds, cheap towels and pillows. No breakfast. All a big downer

Prices are either the average per night price per room or first night of stay. You can select to display the prices with or without our estimate of taxes & fees (which may not appear on provider's booking page but will be charged at hotel checkout). Before you complete your reservation, verify the total cost on the provider's site. Prices and availability are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller
At KAYAK we don’t set prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We aggregate tons of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we don't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find on occasion that certain prices are no longer available.
