LOCATION, FREE WIFI, GOOD BREAKFAST, COURTEOUS STAFF
THEY TOOK 3 DAYS TO RECTIFY THE WIFI ISSUE IN MY ROOM. IT WAS A WEEKEND SO I CAN UNDERSTAND THE DELAY.
Fantastic curteous staff. Great central location near convention center. Free wifi - that's what I really need, not a glittery lobby. I like that you removed the minibar so I am not tempted and included a small fridge which came in very handy.
Should have at least a small gym so guests can work out or an agreement with the nearby YWCA to let hotel guests use their facilities. The Days Inn Downtown Vancouver is near the convention center and the location overall is great. There is free wifi available, at least in my room, I assume in all rooms, which is a lifesaver. It is easy to control the heater and best of all the staff was courteous, kind and helpful. I didn't have a car so don't know about the parking fees. Overall a fantastic experience mostly thanks to the courtesy of the staff.
The room was too small and much too noisy. The room was near a busy street and the sound insulation was nonexistent.
Fantastic location, friendly staff
Price is high, but it's the middle of downtown Vancouver. Anything under xxx a night is almost unheard-ofDon't make the mistake of expecting a high-end hotel for the price. It's a Day's Inn, with that level of room quality or a little higher. The price comes from the location, just 2 short blocks from the Canada Place convention center and cruise pier.
The size of the room! honestly it was an 8x8 with a queen size bed in Downtown Vancouver for xxx per night! My walk in closet at home is jus as big, totally unsatisfied for what they charge.Sorry but not returning!!! Also I was never mentioned while checking in at the front counter about a $50 hold on the credit card, upon online review my credit card account I came across the charge, when i called the hotel thats when i knew about such a policy which would also take 3-5 business days to reimburse! WTH m sure for the hotel chain as big as them can accomodate their guest alot better.
Location and the staff were great!
Our first room had no windows except a small one in the bathroom, and the AC didn't work. After talking to the front desk, they moved us to another room right away. The new room was much nicer and the AC worked. Great customer service!
The staff were extremely helpful and kind..
Parking was annoying
The downtown location put us close to everything.
Room was small for two people. Did not serve breakfast.Average hotel, but its downtown location was definitely a plus.
Location was perfect. Two blocks from our event.
Room was small. Really small. Don't expect a huge room. The location of the hotel was perfect. We drove in, but the hotel is just a block from the Waterfront Station, so if you're flying in, it is an easy-to-access downtown hotel. Overall, the price was affordable, compared to other hotels. The restaurant food was on the low-quality side, but the prices in the restaurant were amazing. And the staff at the hotel were very friendly and approachable. We were very impressed by the quality of the staff. Clean rooms, albeit on the small side. But if you're going to be staying in downtown Vancouver, you probably won't want to spend a lot of time in your hotel room anyway.
The room was not make up, had to call at 4pm, then had to leave while they cleaned it.Overall it was the best for what we needed
