The location and the bathroom
THe bed are so hard. The sheets are very thin and the room look spooky! The decor are looks like a ghost place.My review about the hotel is it doesn't matter if the hotel is old but u can change the decor to a little bit modern inside! It's sure doesn't look 4 star to me. My tiny room in the cruise where I came from us far far better
Good location (3 blocks from St. Mark's Square) but quiet and pleasant. Staff went out of their way to meet our needs (gave us a first floor room on our request). Very good air conditioning! The breakfast was the best we've had in a European hotel.
No.This is a small hotel in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from St. Mark's Square. We were there on the hottest day of August but found the air conditioning in the room to be superior! The breakfast was the best we've found in any hotel. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom and tub were huge and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff in particular went beyond the call of duty to be helpful. We got a first floor room when we asked for it, the first floor in Italy being one floor above ground level, and the bags were toted upstairs for us and down again the next morning. The canal for the water taxi to the cruise terminal was around the corner; they called it for us and shlepped the bags there - u...
at all times I stipulated four star hotel and we were given three star hotel so I want a total refund this matter is in the hands of credit card company
The staff was helpless and slow response, we waited for the in-room service of a pot of hot water for almost one hour, with twice reminder.
QUALITY OF THE ROOM AND GUEST ACCOMMODATIONS
THEY INCLUDED BREAKFAST BUT HARD TO ACCESS.STAFF AND AMENITIES WERE VERY GOOD. LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT.

Room sizeExcellent location alongside a canal...just disappointed that the Priceline customers received the worst rooms. It was hard to see the other customers with their palace-like rooms...and we were in a closet, comparatively. Nice, clean, great staff...would stay here, again, if we could choose a better room. Why does it feel like Priceline customers are looked down upon by the hotels?
This hotel is 3 stars. I reserve for 4 stars. I payed for 4stars. What do you call this!!!!!! I saw better room cheaper than i payed for you in the same location and real 4 star hotel.When i asked for safe box. The porter bring small one.and it is very light How can i use this one !!!! I did not used. I cary my staff all the time.
