The staff was so kind and helpful. Will definetly stay here again.The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The staff was awesome.

Also, left a 6am wake up call...they never called, when I asked the front desk, she just said that they were busy the night before and that happens sometimes. Doesn't that kind of defeat the purpose?
ROOM NEVER GOT CLEANED IN 5 DAYS!ASKED FOR PAPER PRODUCTS & TOWELS EVERY DAY.NEVER GOT NEW SOAP SHAMPOO COFFEE.CLEANING STAFF WHEN TALKED TO WOULD JUST GRIN & NOD. NOT SURE THEY UNDERSTOOD ENGLISH. BUSINESS CENTER AWFUL-PRINTER BROKEN & ONLY 1 COMPUTER.BASED ON EXISTING STAFF I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. THE ONE ASSISTANT MANAGER THERE DID EVERYTHING SHE COULD TO ACCOMMODATE US. GAVE US TOWELS DAILY, SOAPS. HAD TO ASK FOR TOILET PAPER SINCE BOTH ROLLS WERE EMPTY. ALSO KLEENEXES - BOX GONE. ROOM WAS NEVER VACUUMED. WHEN WE WOULD SEE ANY OF THE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF IN THE HALLWAY, WE WOULD POLITELY ASK THEM TO EXCHANGE OUR TOWELS, OR REPLENISH THE PAPER PRODUCTS - THEY WOULD JUST GRIN AND NOD. NOT REALLY SURE THEY UNDERSTOOD ENGLISH SINCE THEY NEVER RESPONDED VERBALLY. THE BUSINESS CENTER CONSISTED OF 2 COMPUTERS AND 1 PRINTER PUT INTO A CLOSETLIKE SPACE. Clean, quiet, courteous staff
Not reallyThe front desk staff was very friendly and courteous at registration. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and quiet. convenient to shopping and restaurants. At check-in we were offered an upgrade to a whirlpool suite, and thanks to Priceline, we got it for a great price! nice.
The cable TV did not work and we went to the front desk twice and called once and they did not do anything about our room having no TV at all. At check-in we were told they did not have any rooms left with 2 beds. Never told about services like breakfast.The hotel itself was nice with a comfortable bed, large room and the room was clean. Front desk staff had poor customer service and nothing was done about not having any TV on the one night we stayed. The IHG sign in the room stated that they will make things right or you or you do not pay for that nights stay. Even through I booked through Priceline they should still have to stand by there offer to make things right or you do not pay. I also asked about IHG points and I was told my stay did not count and no points were available for our one night stay since the stay was book through Priceline.
It was very clean, offered free breakfast, and was right across the street from the Vernon Hills fourth of July fireworks display.
The lady who checked us in was rude and not welcoming, but the rest of the staff during our stay made up for it by leaps and bounds. Everyone else was wonderful throughout the week.
They had given my room away to someone else with a similar name, and had the wrong check out day for my reservation. The location is convenient to where I was going, the rate was good, but I don't trust this location.
When I checked in around 7:30pm I had not had dinner so I asked the checkin-clerk if I might purchase a Kit-Kat that was in a basket behind her along with chips, etc. Instead of taking a payment, she just GAVE it to me. Wonderful! I am a Holiday Inn Prior
