Close to local attractions and businesses, the Hotel Indigo® Chicago Vernon Hills hotel is perfect for any trip, business or pleasure. To put it plainly, our rooms are “huge,” each with its own sitting area, and our staff is passionate about providing each and every guest with personalized service. The nearby Cuneo Mansion and Gardens serve as inspiration for our hotel’s artwork, and the whole space evokes an upscale feel, with a front desk that occupies a two-story lobby: expansive, but not at all unwelcoming. The indoor heated pool is relaxing, and our martini bar serves up 25 special versions of the cocktail.
Rooms were nice size and the employees were very accomodating
Great looking room for a great deal!
Fantastic Hotel. Fitness center and swimming pool were great. My 1st time staying there and I will definitely be staying again when I am in the Chicago area.
Very clean and updated
nice amenitiesclean roomslarge rooms
Unique style and decor
In room WiFi signal was weak - had to use ethernet connection
Double King size bed (bed sheets/pillow cases) was comfortable, very clean.
There was no complimentary coffee/breakfast available. Room was decorated with too much of red color.
The staff was friendly. When I called to advise that we would be in late, possibly after midnight, the representative made sure to notate it so we did not lose our room.
While I realize there will always be rooms next to the elevator, it would be nice if the hotel spent the extra money to sound proof it. We heard everything coming off and on the elevator, as well as those waiting for it. It didn't feel very private.
Great room. Met all expectations.
Very loud in hallways until late. Breakfast options not great.
I like that its modern will allow dogs and its clean
a loud party was going on in the room across the hall. It continued until about 2:30am. My suggestion would be to have floors that are designated quiet zones for us older adults.
Hotel lobby, 'restaurant' and 'bar' are really only the entrace with 1 bar 5 stools and about 4 tables. Hotel should not state they have restaurant and bar. Small pool, no sauna, no whirlpool. This hotel is basically a place to sleep.
The large rooms are really nice along with the view. The staff were overly nice.
The only thing I didn't like is that I asked the hotel attendant not to use my credit/debit card for incidentals or any other expenditures, I asked the hotel attendant, plus the billing manager personally but they still did.
This place is a very safe, comfortable, and reasonably priced hotel in the Vernon Hills area. CDW and other companies seem to keep the occupancy and rates up in the area - this is just a good value...not too fancy, but not shabby either.
The staff was very accomodating and very friendly. The room was very spacious with nice bedding.
Renovations already showing wear. Attempt at a modern design was poorly executed, e.g. shower stalls have no holders for soap or wash cloths. Very noisy AC/Heat units. Minimal full service amenities, and expensive for the location!!!! No free coffee available for your morning departure. Plan to drive to any off-site locations for meals as there is nothing within walking distance. Being a frequent business traveler, this hotel did not make me feel at home as I have felt from many lower cost options.
I spent the weekend of the 22nd Illinosis for my sons graduation gfromm bootcamp.I was very pleased with everything. The rooms were clean and chck-in was easy. Will visit again.
We stayed here while we visited Six Flags. Was very pleased with the park package that came with room. While staying here we experienced great service, very clean, spacious rooms and nice breakfast in morning. There are plenty of places to eat and shop in the vicinity and will definitely stay here again if in the area.
