Located in the center of the Triple Cities business district on the Vestal Parkway. We are within walking distance to area retail shops and restaurants. Also in close proximity to local malls, entertainment, educational facilities, as well as sporting arenas. Closest hotel to Binghamton University. Hotel has connecting rooms available. Pet accommodation: 25.00 USD per stay per pet. Pet limit: 1 pet per room 30 pounds or less. Newly renovated hotel April 2013
Front desk staff was helpful, and all the staff I encountered were friendly. The wifi connection was a bit more stable than other hotels I've stayed at in the same area. The room was clean and spacious.
The pillows were small. The bathroom was cramped and the fixtures were quite worn.
I stayed her because I was bringing my daughter to college, my husband and I were very please with our room:) it was nice and big and we loved that it had down comforters on the bed:) we brought our baby chi's so it was great that it was per friendly:)
The breakfast was very disappointing, we actually saw it and walked out and went to Denny's. I relieved a note on my door that if someone complains about my dog I will have to find other accommodations for my dog. If this is a pet friendly hotel then barking has to be part of dealing with coming to a pet friendly hotel. I felt that was rude especially after you already took the extra charge for the dogs after I received the note. This should also be made more clear to clients before they come to the hotel , most people's dogs bark and it's terrible to find out after paying for your room that you may have to leave if one person possibly gets annoyed.
Convenience to area restaurants. Clean facilities and the staff was very nice. Booked online and when we checked in the price was wrong but the woman at the desk took care of it very quickly.
The bed was so hard. We ended up with backaches. It was a little loud since college students stay here. I would really recommend it if you wake easily or have kids that get woken up easy.
Clean, roomy hotel room with a great shower.
We stayed in a room with a king size bed and it was rock hard. Also, the walls are very thin- we could hear every word of any conversations taking place next door or in the hallway.
Very convenient for my needs and the staff was very pleasant. The room was very comfortable. And so was the mattress which is always a priority for me. I would gladly stay in a Quality Inn & Suites again.
Large room, convenient location.
The only negative was that I was surprised that our room had not been made up or the bathroom replenished. We stayed overnight, so this should have been taken care of.
The front desk employees were especially helpful to us from out of state giving us directions, advice, and solving any problem we had with our room. Nadine especially gets our gold star.
The hallway carpets and in the breakfast room looked outdated and needed replacement from the cleanliness standpoint. The coffee served was mediocre. The bathroom was small with an old sink height that was uncomfortable to use.
