Pros:The location was excellent; convenient and easy to get to with parking out back. Wi-fi was good and as a secure place to leave your belongings, we had no issues.The rooms were mostly clean and I think the staff were quite polite.
Cons:I'm going to organize this into a list for the sake of readability: - The walls were paper thin. I heard children screaming, neighbors talking, and footsteps. - The bed and pillows just weren't very comfortable. I recommend bringing your own pillow if you like to sleep on your back. - There was no air conditioning, which is not mentioned anywhere in the description. - The doors barely worked. We had to try our keys multiple times and when we expressed our frustration we were told to just try it again with different keys (which also didn't work, because the door sensors weren't good). - We had to attend a particular function and asked if we could change in advance of our check out; and instead of being offered a room (which we had booked!) they told us to change in the rest rooms which were tremendously cramped and filthy (it's shared with two restaurants). Simply put; it's a budget hotel and if they were charging budget prices; I'd understand. But 300 dollars for one night (after tax) seemed a ludicrous price just for the waterfront location (something which other locations seem to have agreed to charge despite substandard offerings). I'm not opposed to being charged 300 dollars for a waterfront room in the core, but I expected better for it.

Pros:The location is perfect on the harbour.
Cons:I thought there might be enough of a breeze to cool down in the evening, but the noise from the pub below was too loud to leave the window open. It was a day below 25 degrees Celsius and still MUCH too warm in the hotel room (even with the fan provided in the room, which was definitely a very welcomed item!!) The elevator is also an issue ... only 1 elevator and it is extremely small. Unfortunately, I won't be staying again, I will pay a little more and stay elsewhere.

Pros:Location was fine.
Cons:View blocked by windows that were damaged and cloudy. So much for 'Harbor view' and bathroom tile was filthy. Floor under sink was really dirty. There was too much extra furniture in our tiny room making it hard to move around or even get to window.

Pros:Location was excellent. Staff was very nice and friendly. Beds were comfortable. Loved the solid surface floors (rather than carpet) in the rooms.
Cons:Wi-Fi did not work very well at all. Kitchenette room was so small not enough room to even walk around the beds - much better when moved to a room without the kitchenette. Very loud on the harbor/street side.

Pros:Location was great. Bed was not great only ok. Room above bar and noisy till closed. Since no ac had to open windows . restaurant had good food. Staff very good. So all in all ok only would find snother hotel if go again in same area.
