electrical outlets room quality was poor
Size of room, comfort, staff's friendliness.
Signs in hotel say weekday breakfast is 6:30-9:30. Arrived for breakfast at 8:50 and most food was depleted and at 9:00 staff started removing utensils, etc. when I asked at desk about the lack of food, I was told the time was incorrect on signs.
I have stayed at this Hotel several times over the years, it gets better all the time, the Staff is always like Family, great Breakfast, Hotel Desk Person Sherie was a Blessing, she knew all the Places to go near and far, was very eager to help at all hou
Not one thing
Location, view and breakfast. Choice of multiple pillow densities is nice.
The lounge closes early and is not open on weekends.
Very Clean and the rooms looked great.
Wi-Fi was not working on 3rd floor. Spoke with front desk numerous times and they explained that I was the one that didn't know how to use it. Went to lobby to connect at 1:00 am and it was fine. I had to have it for business. Disappointed in hotel staff
The view of the river was calming.
No restaurant except for breakfast.
Breakfast never stayed at a hotel and they gave you a complete breakfast love that. It was really good too.
IT WAS A NICE PLACE TO STAY. FOR THE MOST PART THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL
The room was very nice and comfortable. The microwave and fridge were very efficient, nice and useful. The room in general was good. The location of the hotel was great too. Great view of MS river and shops and food places close by.
The tub stopper was completely pulled out which was very weird. We only stayed one night but the pool was closed and the manager was rude and nonchalant about it.
Very nice location on the river!
The rooms are getting a bit dated.
Location was beautiful--right on Mississippi River.
The check-in clerk was rude--waited on 2 phone customers before he waited on us; did not call backup although there was another employee on duty; and had an extremely bad attitude when I complained
The river views were fantastic, the room was really nice. The only complaint is that the hotel is a little out of the way and you can't walk to many places. The river walk and the spa next door made up for that!
The hotel is very nice, convenient to everything in historic Natchex, has a nice river walk, although it was a little too cold when we were there, and the service was good. We had a light go out in the bathroom, and even though they had to put in a new ballast, it was completed within the hour. The only issue is that the rooms were awfully skinny, though quite long, giving plenty of space. I guess that they tried to squeeze in as many rooms as possible to get a river view.
Came to town for the Natchez Spring Pilgrimage and saw this hotel on the internet. It was a wonderful experience; we paid extra for a riverview room and it was worth the money to see the traffic on the river and on bridges. It has a complimentary hot breakfast buffet, tables at riverside, indoor pool, access to paved riverside walking trail and wonderful beds. It also had plenty of well lit parking spaces. Don't hesitate unless you just want to stay in Natchez but the drive was one stop sign to the bridge so not an issue.
We came for the Spring tour and elected this hotel as they had availability and river view. We were not disappointed. It is a beautiful, well kept area with walking paths along the river. The hot breakfast was a treat and you could also step outside to tables to enjoy the river action. The LA side of the river is lower than the MS so you can see many homes from your room or the courtyard. The swimming pool is indoors and also has a view of the river. If you are going to the Natchez activities you have a five minute drive across the river. Worth the money and short drive.
This hotel was excellent, although I found a little overpriced. Good location but you can cross the river and get a nice hotel for less. What a shame you have to leave LA to get a good deal! Hotel was very clean, nice and bed very comfortable. Room extremely large.
Very nice and clean hotel and the staff are very helpful and wonderful. We would stay at this hotel again.
Very nice, comfortable place to stay.........
