Pros:The staff was helpful when I had a reservation issue. Rooms were clean and spacious.
Cons:The breakfast did not look great, so we skipped it. The hot tub appeared to be dirty water. The bed is fairly hard.
Pros:The location is great, easy to get to and easy to get to many places nearby.
Cons:The hallways smell like melting crayons, the decor is out-dated, the beds are like sleeping on concrete and the pillows are really lumpy. I would not pay more than 85 a night for this place, it is just too outdated and the rooms need some serious updating.
Pros:Family and pet friendly- close resturants and clean.
Cons:We made reservations and called ahead twice to ensure we would have a ground floor room because we were bringing our dog. Both times the staff said yes you have a first floor room. When we arrived they said the first floor was full and we were on the third floor. Don't feel they were trustworthy .

Cons:Rooms were not ready by check in time, we had to leave and come back later, Carpets were stained/bleached out, The controls on the AC had been removed, So we had uncomfortable/muggy night. The breakfast was adequate, but mostly included prepackaged food, or frozen food that could be microwaved. Parking was an issue in the limited parking area combined with several vehicles taking up more than one space. Staff was not helpful, when we asked about the removed AC controls we were told we don't need them because they have central AC. I won't be going back.
Pros:The 24 hour spa, fitness and pool use. The location and view. The friendly staff with helpful suggestions of the local restaurants.

Pros:The way I was treated by the front desk clerk made me feel so welcome. I am disabled and she understood my needs and was very helpful. Every time I saw any of your staff they always greeted me cheerfully and said "Hi" or "Good morning etc." The room was always clean and inviting.
Cons:I had nothing to complain about.
Pros:Loved the location. Room size was good and beds comfortable. Kids loved the pool. Front desk lady was awesome!
Cons:You hear everything. People walking above you, showers running. Breakfast was lack luster.
Pros:The carpet in our room was in dire need of replacement. Also our room was too warm and next to the 24 hour pool. Alot of pool noise, late into the evening. We won't make that mistake again.
Pros:Best most comfortable bed in the mini sweet!
