We love LOVE love the Ben. The staff is incredible, the rooms are comfortable, the roof top has a cool vibe, the food and drinks are perfection. the complimentary electric taxi takes you to the island if you like, convenient location, tesla chargers, pet friendly... what more could you want?
I love the wrist band for key, he tassels for do not disturb for the doors. I loved the valet people and the greetings upon arrival and great care in getting our luggage unload and car parked. The check in staff was wonderful, it went smoothly. It was very comfortable sleeping. What I didn’t like was the restaurant staff. were not able to answer questions, some didn’t seem to care if you were there or not. The rooftop restaurant was definitely for young people but they did have an early morning smoothie menu. I got my green drink the first morning but wasn’t able to get it after that as there was no staff at the roof top restaurant early and the downstairs restaurant didn’t know a thing about the rooftop. Neither did the front desk. Perhaps it is not connected with the hotel but separate. We will probably stay at the Hiltonnext time only because of cost and I do like my green drinks
