Very convenient. Quiet location. Friendly staff.
It was clean, very nice, comfortable beds, and friendly staff
You had to pay for breakfast
Absolutely the most friendly staff...especially the breakfast wait staff!
Everything. It was an extremely pleasant stay.
There were no dislikes for this hotel.
Housekeeping failed to clean up our room on the first day. Second day failed to leave towels. My wife talked to housekeeping mgr. and the hotel manager.
the people are very friendly there .The hotel was nice and clean.
The staff was exceptionally friendly.
My experience was great
New construction, contemporary decor, microwave and fridge included. The bed was very comfortable and the ceilings were very high which made it feel roomier. Overall very nice. Definitely my go to when I visit Monroe. Plenty of parking. Free wifi
On site restaurant
Room 'Felt' old, a little used. Rest of property was most excellent
The rooms were very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and there was several options. It does cost, but it is all you can eat and it all tasted very good. The service from the staff at the front desk and the bar/breakfast was excellent.
No safe in the room.
Everything was fabulous, the staff was excellent and could not of asked for better all around service.
Hotel was nice and clean. Air worked great.
The lady who waited on us did not know how to count my change back to me. The pool was way to small for the size of the hotel. No clean towels in the pool area. The breakfast for 9.95 was to expensive no child can eat that much.
Hotel was easy to get to and from my destination while in town.
Asked for a 9:30 wake-up call and it came at 7:13 a.m. Also, was awakened at 2:00 in the morning from folks on the outside patio partying!
Service and room comfort was great
False advertisment showed online that there was a hot tub and even listed a picture but when we got there it had been removed for sometime. That was the only reason we had decided on our hotel. Big dissapointment.
Booking on Priceline and the hotel charged me an extra 34.00 in taxes will never book third party again:(
The stuff was very friendly and attentive.
The air did not work in our room so we had no air conditioning. (Very hot and uncomfortable...we got 0 sleep)
Excellent place to stay. Very clean, well kept!! Great location, just a block from the Casinos. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone!!
I recently stayed at this hotel for a family event in West Monroe. It is conveniently situated near I-20 and area attractions and is one of the newer hotels in the area. The lobby is spacious and inviting and the staff are all top-notch. We were greeted by staff as soon as we pulled under the porte couchere and check in was quick and easy - they were also able to accommodate our need of an earlier check in as well with no problems. The rooms were well appointed with a microwave and refrigerator - however the refrigerator had no ice compartment so FYI if you need a freezer section in the fridge. Housekeeping was courteous and friendly and took great care of us as well. The indoor pool and hot tub felt great after a long day of driving, but be aware that it is only open until 10 pm and there are no adult only swimming hours. So it can get very noisy and crowded in there. Beds were super comfy but not the air pillow mattress beds that were advertised. Also, the queen sized beds seemed very narrow - but I'm also used to having a king sized bed at home. Over all, it was a great hotel and one that we will return to for future visits when in that area.
Traveled with my 2 children whom had a great time in the indoor pool. When we arrived they had live entertainment in the restaurant eating area which was a nice surprise. We ate breakfast there and it was wonderful. All in all was a great, clean hotel with a very friendly staff. Would love to stay again.
We have stayed at several hotels in this area and usually are glad to just get a descent room. But this hotel was so friendly and helpful we will always stay here from now on. They had an all you can eat breakfast that rivals any breakfast I have ever eatten. The rooms were very nice and the bed was high quality. The rates are about $. more than the other competitors but well worth it to be in a safe and friendly place. I recommend it for all business travelers.
I will be the first to admit that my complaints about this hotel stem from one bad experience, but it was really a bad experience. We were late check-ins and, even though I had requested non-smoking rooms, they had given our rooms away, and we were stuck with smoking rooms. Fortunately, the windows open, or I would have been in trouble. The staff found a few candles for me, and the bedding at least did not smell like smoke. The bar staff is wonderful, very friendly, knowledgeable, easy-going. I just ate breakfast, not dinner, but it was great, and plentiful. The staff, overall, was very friendly and, while checking out, when I commented on the fact that my room was less than ideal, they did try to make it right by giving me a 50% credit on my bill. \n\nDownsides-this hotel can be difficult to find if you don't know the area, even with GPS, and the front desk staff is clueless when it comes to giving directions. The manager's reception when we arrived included a lounge act which was really WAY too loud and annoying to be relaxing.
