It was neat clean and very convenient and the price was right also ample parking
everything was ok. vending machines should be loadedgood hotel, a little expensive for the amenities but is convenient.
Clean and comfortable, very helpful and friendly staff.
Rather removed from restaurants and stores.N/A
Hotel is very dirty , staff is lazy .water is feeeIng cold in the shower.lobby coffee is always coldI have stayed at this hotel a lot over the past 4 years and it formerly was a corporate store that was by far the best hotel in the red roof chain . However in the past year it has declined so much I will never stay here again . The hotel had prostitutes and drug deals there the entire week I stayed . There was graffiti in the elevator and the front desk refused to make coffee . There was burns on the bed cover and the business center charges for internet usage now .Management has changed and this hotel is not even close to what it was.
Nice updated rooms with new linens. Very pleasantly surprised for the price. Room was basic but clean and updated.
Elevators were pretty shabby. Only thing that gave it away as a cheaper hotel. I missed not having a pool/jacuzzi. No restaurant to walk to.Very pleased with how clean and updated the room was for three price. Really nice stay. Not near any restaurants to walk to, had to drive.
It was quiet pretty organized
Not enough pillows in the room with two beds and when asked for more they were out of pillows.
I like that the rooms had a lot of space, everything was clean and comfortable, I love the non-carpet flooring. It made it feel cleaner :)
Odd that there was no hotel info book/sheet in our room. There were no toiletries, which was fine except that would have been nice to have a bar of soap to wash your hands. Also no tissues or bath mat.Our room was clean, quiet, comfortable bed, lots of space and close to all kinds of stuff. Downside, no soap to wash hands, someone had left a half-filled bottle of Corona at the coffee station in the lobby which sat there for several hours...gross! There were also food wrappers in the elevator and several empty boxes of beer, pizza, etc. in the lobby area near the elevator on our floor. It just didn't seem like anyone was looking around to make sure things were taken care of. Our room was clean and quiet though and we got a good night's sleep.
You guys charged my credit card and didn't reserve a room for me. When I arrived I was told that there was no room available and then I was still charged. I will never Priceline again.
Shower did not drain at all. Caused the tub to fill with water and made showering difficult.
The room is priced well. Check-in was easy. Location is good. Allows pets.
Sinks seem weirdly designed to fit into an existing space. They are very high, and my son twice lost the soap behind the sink where it fell through a hole to the floor. Was most bothered by a stain on the bedspread. It's okay. It's no frills. I had to drop my daughter off at school (nothing fancy)so it did the job. Not the cleanest, but by no means is it unsanitary. Staff was friendly. Oddest thing is the sink was obviously made to fit into a space it was not designed to occupy. I've never seen a sink set so high, and I am not sure why it needs to be set like that...probably to accomadate a higher drainpipe. It's also possible to drop something behind the ceramic part of the sink and have it fall to the floor. The pillows are too hard. There was a small stain on the bedspread, which was probably food, but who wants to see a stain on bedding?
