The continental breakfasts were great and not crowded, the shower head was great.
I usually would prefer more exercise equipment if there is room
Very clean, nice breakfast, location within walking distance to downtown Windsor, reasonably priced. I plan to book this hotel in the future. Perfect.
Clean hotel with very friendly staff.
My keys kept having to be replaced. They would become de-magnitized.
Staff was friendly
Hallway carpet was filthy. Parking was horrible as the spaces we're tiny. Horrible location. Breakfast was average at best. For what I paid, it was unsatisfactory.
Liked the concept of chilled water and fresh fruits on each floor and loved their breakfast with mini pastries. Hotel Emoloyee at the frontdesk was very accomodating .
The pool was out door with very little lighting and was not heated as the weather changed that day it was cold and my daughter could not swim that night. We did let the front desk know and they told us that it was heated. It was disappointing for my kid.
The hotel was clean, the bed was super comfy.
The hotel was a bit awkward to find. They offered free breakfast. Somewhat watered down coffee, yogart, cereal, juice, toast, fruit, bagels all self serve. I guess it's not bad if you have a family. Not our ideal breakfast.
Friendly staff, nice room, good options at free breakfast
Limited hours for pool and hot tub (9am - 11pm). I was hoping to get in a swim before leaving in the morning, but couldn't.
Wine & cheese tasting, washer/dryer, great staff
Elevator was dirty.. Carpet needs either cleaning or replacing.
I was pleased that turkey was offered as an alternative to pork.
I didn't like the fact that the fitness center and pool area closed at 10.
Our room, 306, was quiet enough despite proximity to the freeway. We walked to dinner nearby. The beds were good, and the room clean. We stayed here at the last minute with no luggage and were able to borrow basic toiletries. The breakfast was nice.
The breakfast room got overloaded with a large party about to leave for a wedding, and the poor desk clerk had to clean the room up as well as try to handle desk requests. Also, why is there music in the hallways? Never had that in another hotel. Odd.
Clean, well laid out, perfectly adequate
Breakfast is good...enough. But one excellent item would make it stand out.
Front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. Room was clean and quiet.
The spa could have been a bit cleaner and we had to ask housekeeping to make up our room after 5pm on the second day. She promptly attended to it, but it seemed late in the day for housekeeping still to be attending to rooms for continuing guests.
The breakfast was super tasty! Plenty of parking and the room is super quiet.
I called ahead and requested 2 beds. Unfortunately I wasn't smart enough to get a confirmation in writing. When we got there they said only 1 bed was available. Also the room was a little dirty in the sink area. Nothing too drastic.
Location was fantastic! So close to Healdsburg area wine region. Close to restaurants, shopping and highway access. Evening cheese platter was really nice.
Breakfast buffet was marginal. Scrambled eggs were terrible, and the bacon was weird. More fresh fruit would have been great. Too many pastries and carbs.
I was impressed with this hotel. I can truly said one of the best hotel I have stayed. I usually stayed Hampton Inn, Holidays Inn, and sometimes Comfort Inn if Hampton Inn or Holidays Inn aren’t available. Front desk Jessica was super friendly and helpful. She was doing double shift duty for during 4th of July work schedule. Hotel is about 9 years old but looks like brand new building. Everything was clean, room was spacious, toiletries seems to be from bath and body which I liked. There was cold bottle water for the guest in the lobby. I enjoyed staying here and I would do it again when I am around Santa Rosa.
This was the nicest and most spacious Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in. We, frankly, only booked there because everything else was sold out, but it was super nice for a decent price. I would definitely stay again.
The staff was friendlly and the hotel was well maintained. The room was clean and provided a restful nights sleep. There was also a good breakfast at no charge.
Great Staff, Came in on a rainy day after driving all day and staff matched price of hotel near by. Very helpful and close to great food locations, room quiet and clean.
Upon arrival the Front Desk offered us our choice of floor. Room was clean and all amenities (towels, bath items, beverage counter items, desktop, ect.) were neatly organized. Room was a bit noisy due to freeway proximity but not overly bothersome. Beds/pillows were excellent -- my husband has great difficulty getting a good night's sleep and here he slept soundly through the night. Housekeeping staff did a better-than-average job furing our 3-day stay.
FREE BREAKFAST WAS SUPPOSED TO BE INCLUDED BUT IT WAS EITHER LATE OR ONLY PARTIALLY READY. IN FACT, MANY TIMES I MISSED THE BREAKFAST BECAUSE IT WAS NOT READY AND I HAD TO LEAVE FOR WORK.
Arrived the hotel in midnight without knowing that the hotel itself was right by the freeway 101 that will have heavy traffic in the morning for SF bay area commuters. So I was woke up in the morning around 4am with the noise generate by the cars and trucks on the freeway. Requested to change to another quieter room and the staff did it without any problem. However, after got into the second room on the second floor, the noise is still the same. So I went down to request to change to another room on a higher level and on the far end corner of the hotel, after I got into that room, the noise is a little bit better but it's still there. I would just say there is actually no quiet room in this hotel and if you are not a early bird, you might want to lodge into some other place in healdsburg for better pricing and sleeping quality. For myself, it's for sure a terrible experience with spending more than 140 per night without any good sleep.
