POOL,NICE LANDSCAPING, DONNA THE RECEPTIONIST AT THE FRONT DESK WAS PARTICULARLY NICE AND HELPFULL. WE ARE ACTUALLY RETURNING LATER IN OCTOBER.
BREAKFAST OFFERINGS WERE NOT THE BEST, HARD BOILED EGGS WERE GOOD, THE"FAKE" EGGS WERE NOT, MUFFINS WERE MARGINAL. RECOMMEND THAT YOU WORK OUT A DEAL WITH THE MUFFIN SHOP/BAKERY IN THE CENTER ACROSS THE ENTRY ROAD. THEIR MUFFINS ARE SUPPER.
Large rooms Cold A/C Nice ammenities
Only 1 elevator far from rooms/parking having to lug heavy gear Please ,please if you are going to serve breakfast just use fresh bread products in all the times I have stayed here the breakfast is barely edible.
Great All Around Value. Fantastic landscape and Pool Area. The staff on Both Stays are Awesome !!
The Elevator is Kind of Slow but Very Nice Wide Open Stairways.
One of the best hotels I have ever been in. Wonderful breakfast and breakfast room!
They Staff is always nice at check-in.The mature landscaping . It can be very relaxing.
I requested extra towels...no extra. The reomote to an old TV did not work properly without banging it first. The TV was fuzzy and not clear. The bathroom room required a hard push to close . I feel this room is only used when fully booked.
I use this hotel as a stay over between Phoenix and San Diego, but I like it so much, I just may take a trip to stay there for a few days
They seem to have a chronic problem with their toilets running. Stayed there twice different rooms and both had running water. 1st time the bowl over flowed during the night flooding the room, causing us to have to move in the middle of the night. But that kind of thing happens, and the staff was so quick in responding that I can't take any points away from them
We thought that, for the price and location, this was a winner of a hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, and the AC unit worked great!!! (it was 110 when we went so that was all i wanted, haha). The continental breakfast was good enough, nothing fancy, but there was bagels, eggs, sausage, yogurts and pastries. Also really loved the pool & hot tub!!
one complaint was that our room all the sudden wouldn't lock, like the door sensor stopped working, so literally anyone could walk in (if they tried or knew about it) we told the hotel staff the night we found out, they said they'd have to have maintenance check in the AM. Unfortunately they did not follow through, even after being asked multiple times the next day. I was only disappointed that the staff didn't ofter another solution, like switching rooms or providing some sort of compensation.
