Pros:Old movies little choice
Cons:Slow boarding, not able to select seat in advance
Pros:On time, friendly hosts.
Cons:The food was not quality. One fresh fruit option was served; otherwise, lots of starch. They said there would be drinks available, but I could not find them.
Cons:No movieson demand
Pros:They provide blankets, eye patches for sleep, ear buds, and back pillows.
Cons:The head phones aux jack for my seat didn’t work and couldn’t hear the movie. The seats caused aches and no leg room. Lack of air flow. Food wasn’t good either meal I didn’t eat. Economy for 8.5 hours isn’t a nice trip
Pros:Crew, cleanliness.
Cons:1 our sears were change from 2 aisles to the last 2 seats of the airplane without the checkin counter informing us. These seats didn't recline. 2 food was much below average. 3 my tv screen was very blurry
my luggage was damage. even if i put fragile in my bags. i was disappointed.
Pros:I liked getting a pillow and blanket. Movie selection was good but could be a little better.
Cons:The food selection was "meh." I am a vegetarian and I wish I was told during booking to request a veggie meal. I would have given an "excellent" score with vegetarian options readily available and better movies.
Pros:It was a very easy and fast check in. The service was super nice, beautiful and very professional.
Cons:That the flight was over already
Pros:The attendants seem very happy to be where they were. Very friendly and helpful, everyone seemed in a great mood and happy to be with us. the only bad thing was they ran out of salmon before they got to us.
