Cons:After arriving to the airport to check in we were told there was a 6 hr delay. Thanks for the heads up since we could've hung out more before heading to the airport.

Cons:I tried to cancel this trip but was told I would have to pay more in order to receive a refund. Very disappointed customer as I have traveled with Allegiant many times and the one time I try to cancel my flight, I’m told I have to pay a fee which was more expensive than the actual price of the ticket. Waste of money.

Pros:The price was unbeatable, especially if you don't pay for a checked bag, carry-on, or a soda on the flight. Very smooth flight as well.
Cons:The plane interior looks like it was gutted, then fitted with hard, plastic seats. No headrests, no privacy for the flight attendants. Everything costs extra.

Pros:Everyone from desk to gate to crew were very friendly. I like alla carte airlines for thier value. I dont need a free soda for and extra $100 ticket price.
Cons:Needs better organization during boarding. Everyone piles up near the gate. Thry can copy Southwest and make the process smoother.
