Find cheap flights from Amsterdam to Thessaloniki

The only issue was a short window to make my connecting flight, and nobody to assist me in finding my way to the next gate.

This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

Just ok. No much of a great travel experience. If you need point A to B they are ok.

More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff

Flight was late, boarding totally chaotic, seat uncomfortable, food good, attendants and pilots good.

My experience is very bad. The flight was canceled 2 hours before departure. I lost my hotel reservation and can't get it back.

Boarding was slow and cabin crew was even slowing down the process.

There’s no point in paying for priority if we all just end up in the same queue at the same place

The flight was delayed one hour. Soon after, I got an email saying that the flight was moved for the next day at midnight, changing my entire plans at the destination. I went to the gate to see what was going on and they were actually boarding and in their last call! It was very confusing and stressful because I nearly miss the flight for the miscommunication.

Schiphol airport needs to get their stuff together. I had to wait one hour at the passport control for EU national ID members, not the international one that they were waiting for 4 hours, and the baggage claim had an other hour on top of delays. That is insane, trying to exit the airport, at this point just let me get my own bag from the luggage compartment.

No water or light snacks, unless you pay a lot of money for it. Zero leg space

Yeah, allow us to bring our carry-on luggage without charging more. I've never seen another airline do this, and decreases your chances of my using you again.

Flight delayed. Information was sent via SMS which was helpfull, but also misleading: First message indicated only a change of type of airplane. The second about a delay. No update on revised delay time later. No good follow-up on boarding time etc afterwards,

no kiosks to check in with- it’s 2024!!! the flight was so hot and uncomfortable - not sure if that’s what caused a lady to faint during the flight but i was absolutely miserable.

Sorry my last review for prg to fra was for this flight. My prg to fra flight was fine but my second flight back to Washington DC was with a slow awful crew who wouldn’t come in a timely manner to take trash and take trash before serving coffee tea and was shoving other people’s bottles of water on me when we were not traveling together

I ended up buying (for $340) "extra space" seats because I my flying partner was given a STY boarding pass, leading me to conclude that she was on standby and that we had to buy seats on the flight. I later learned that the flight was not sold out and that we could have gotten on as usual. To be honest, I felt swindled.

It was timely boarding, well organized. The food was weird in a flight to Buenos Aires. I felt as if I were flying to Asia because of the chicken teriyaki. In my section flight attendants spoke only German and English. I wondered why no Spanish speaker was hired for a flight to Latam. In that Lufthansa needs to be more customer oriented. Compared to other airlines the four seat in the middle is less comfortable. That said, staff was polite and efficient, the entertainment system worked well. It was ultimately a peaceful, well organized and safe flight. Thank you !

The flight was cancelled, and no reason was given. The flight was rebooked 3 days later. Calling customer service was next to impossible. There was no option to get in a queue in the phone call. It simply said all agents are busy call back later. It is 2024 and not 1970s to have such outdated technology. Live chat was even worse as I was 753 in line and it kept getting timed out. The icing on the cake was that the working hours was something like 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM? Really for international airline when the flights usually depart early in the morning? Things only got worse in the check-in counter in Mumbai. The monitor in the check-in counter said that the flight was on time even though it was cancelled. There were 2 agents helping a 747 full of passengers. It was 5:30 AM by the time I checked into the hotel. I tried reaching Kayak (Chatdeal via email) days before the onward flight from Seattle and no one cared to respond even after reminder. I will go with Expedia in the future. In fact, for my next trip to Japan I have already used Expedia.

I always like to travel with Discover Airlines because of their extraordinary services, comfort, and feel safe.

Ended up canceling the tickets with Lufthansa because they need extra visa for changing terminal for layover at Frankfurt airport.

They lost my bags and I didn't get them for 4 days after. This also happened to about 30 other people on my flight from fra to MAA (I know bc we were all filing claims in line together from the same flight.)

The flight attendants were just awesome. Friendly, professional, timely, etc.

My luggage was lost and there’s no way to follow up and find out where it is located. Super frustrating.
