Finalmente me envían a las carreras con Avianca, pero Copa lleva mis maletas hasta Panama y luego las devuelve a mi aeropuerto de origen, dejandome sin mis pertenencias y además no asumen la responsabilidad ya que dicen que es problema de Avianca Literalmente vi cuando el avión de Copa se lleva mis maletas, sus funcionarios en Bogota, incluyendo la gerente local me aseguran la entrega en Miami, pero simplemente era para poder engañarme y dar el cambio de silla por sobreventa

Wingo changed departure time 3 times and kept us moving from one gate to a different one. A 1 one flight took me more than 8 hours. Don't fly wit Wingo, the worst experience ever

I didn't realize they didn't have bathrooms on the plane. Almost had a very bad situation.

I missed my plane because there was a lot of people during the migration process. The airline has the chance to care for their clients and they could get the passengers missing in the flight. I lost a day of work and Montfort transportation to go back home and go to the airport again. Unfortunately the airline doesn’t care about that. I use latam at least 4 times a year, so I guess I need to be treat better. In addition, one on my baggages didyarricw to my destination. So frustrated with this trip.

Everthing ok , crew very nice but but we had a bad experience with the wheel chair we had to wait too much for the chair, my husband couldn’t walk and he was in lot of pain , LATAM has to take care of that

the flight from Boston to Curitiba was on time actually 30 minutes earlier. latam was not able to unload the luggage for custom checkup in Sao Paulo ii took two and half hours . i missed the flight to Curitiba spend the night in hotel and then flying in the morning to Curitiba

I expected the plane to be as the one I took from manaos to Bogota and unfortunately it wasn’t as nice, the sits didn’t recline and there was not onboard entertainment.

Boarding was very expedite. The chairs are fixed you can't rest comfortable during the flight.

I do not like the customer service, I had an emergency and needed to cancel a pet reservation right after I had booked it and they would not do anything but issue a credit. I haven't flown in years as I have 7 kids and don't have spare time. I want my $125 back on my card please

They seemingly have no respect for their customers, on any level. Avoid flying spirit, they will bump you to another flight without thinking twice so they can sell your seat, no joke.

I had a phobia for Spirit and now is 100% confirmed. Flight delayed, missed connecting flight and staying overnight . Now not even able to get my boarding pass until I’ll get into the airport. It’s really really bad at this point

Its so random that they only allow 40 pounds on checked bags when all airlines take 55. They then charge you for each 10 extra pounds, so my checked suitcase was $130 and the flight $30 ... its like whattt, im for sure not traveling with Spirit again

Spirit delayed the late flight then canceled it with no rebooking options given, leaving me stranded in a city at 9pm at night. I ended up renting a car and driving at night in the pouring rain so could make it to my destination.

I DID MY CHECK ON THE SCREEN AND BECAUSE OF THAT THEY HAD TO REPEAT IT AT THE BOARDING COUNTER BECAUSE THEY SAID THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION, ALSO I HAVE ONLY ONE BACKPACK AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I SELECTED IT TO DO A RANDOM REVIEW OF ALL THE THINGS THAT I HAVE THERE AND THEY DECIDE THAT IT WAS TOO MUCH EVEN THE MEASURE WAS OK, WHICH WAS A WEIRD SITUATION AFTER THEY REVIEW IT AND IT WAS OK, I HAE TO DO AGAIN THE WHOLE LINE TO INSIDE THE PLANE, THEY ASKED ME ALSO IF I WANT A MORE ROOM PLACE WITH IT THINK WAS NICE BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY GOING TO CHARGE ME, I TOLD THEM THAT I DIDN'T ASK FOR THAT AND I DON'T WANT IT THEN I NOTICE THAT WAS PLENTY OF OPEN CHAIRS, MY THOUGHT WAS WHY THEY DON'T ASSIGN THOSE CHAIR TO THE TRAVELERS TO HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE INSTEAD OF HAVE THEM EMPTY.

Delayed as always, which I guess is better than cancelled. You get what you pay for.
