Cons:No vegetarian food I’d you didn’t pre-order 24 hours in advance. I couldn’t check in online so preorder not an option. Boarding started late on both flights
Pros:The air "exercises" that you are forced to watch at the end of any Asiana flight are a joke- pressing on three pressure point? How about some leg or arm stretches? Flight took off and landed. Poor cabin speaker system; could not understand anything.
Cons:The food is always our problem, bec we r not used to eating Korean food, and by the time they ask us what food we can get? They run out every time they get to us , who , like us who are in the back seats- all is left is Korean food and we have no choice! Please make more food varieties, thank you

Pros:I like the crew and comfort of seats with foot rest.
Cons:I got sick from the food the next day and didn't look me flights running late related to first class people not arriving to terminal on time.

Cons:Overall service was good but the equipment used is older. So the LCD screen is too small!! Even my iPad mini has a bigger screen .

Pros:Everything. Till this flight, air France was at the center of my heart. I will give more to Air France on food, but the rest goes to Asiana.
Cons:All good. Quite during the whole flight. One lady got little sick and they sent her to Business.
