La aeronave estaba averiada, 4 horas adentro con diferentes problemas técnicos pero igual querían volar.

They are a mess. It appears they hired a third party to staff their check in desk and simply did not train them. I will avoid flying with them in the future. It took 50 minutes for them to check in 3 parties on front of us. On the way back. It took just under one hour for our luggage to show up...

The plane was fine and the crew was very nice. Even though we bought our tickets eight months in advance and had seats reserved, they changed our seats. Instead of being in seats 7E and 7F, we were separated and put in two middle seats away from each other. When checking in, the attendant put us in an exit row together, but 10 rows back from where we had reserved. But you have to be younger than 60 to be in an exit row. So when everyone else boarded we were moved to last row 33, right next to bathrooms.

Os passageiros ainda não estão habituados a respeitar o embarque por grupos, que é a melhor maneira de embarque, na minha opinião. Então faltou pulso para impor a regra de embarque e desembarque às pessoas.

Kiwi service was terrible they actually didnt make the reservation and their system showed that the reservation eas complete so I had to buy a ticket in the front desk at the moment at and exorbitant price.

A Gol melhorou muito desde a última viagem que fiz, muito bom, aeronaves bem conservadas, tripulação cordial. Gostei.

Mechanical issues caused our flight to be cancelled 1 hour into the flight; which was an issue they knew about, prior to take-off. There remedy was to reschedule my flights with Delta to JFK and then with United, out of Newark, to Phoenix. However, they never gave me a voucher for the 35 mile trip between JFK and Newark, which cost me $322.00.

Very BAD crew service They ignore at all any call for service . Very rude from the check in process to all the tripularion members in the fight .

Extremely efficient and incredibly friendly staff. Very organized to board and to de-plane. They were all very attentive during the flight.

Service on plane was appalling. Cabin crew did not want to help with anything. Window darkening screen did not work so we had to sit in the sun for a few hours until it went down. TV screen did not work and cabin crew just shrugged their shoulders and did not care. We waited for over 2 hours for headphones so we could try watch one screen between 2 people. We had to go to back of plane to request basic water as crew never responded to call request. Will be letting many others know to warn them off ever using Air Europa. Total disaster of their own making

Terrible app. Working off paper stickies for seat reservations doesn’t work anymore.

Impossible to check in via the App. Kept on getting emails offering upgrade. When followed through not available. Wasn't any food anyway.

Place above head to place the rucksack in is smaller than in other planes, so it needed to be located under the front seat.

Onboarding process and crew was excellent and efficient, Information display was great. Keep on the good work and same standard. Nothing to change.

Totally unprofessional crew, lack of empathy and disrespectful responses. Flight got delayed for Mechanical issue for 3 hours got on the runway then back, then disembarked and just waiting with no one explaining anything and missed my connecting due to that.. the crew total lack of professionalism is totally unseen anywhere.

Flights from MADRID to CARACAS and back Seats on the plane were too uncomfortable for a 9 hour trip, especially when the flight was completely full. Crew treated passengers as if we were cattle. Desperate rush to get food served so they could enjoy First class food at the back of the plane... I went twice to the back of the plane (no one answered the flight attendant button) to ask for coffee and was met with a very abrupt response... 'YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT'. The only thing staff could think of saying to me was 'la mascarilla senior!'.... In a way I do not blame Air Europa for getting away with this lamentable service, they are one of only two carriers flying between Spain and Venezuela so do not have any competition... I do not think they would dare offer the same service on a flight from London to Los Angeles!
