This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

Just ok. No much of a great travel experience. If you need point A to B they are ok.

More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff

Very bad experience during the boarding, the Aegean employees were very rude, and impatient with the passengers

aegean took off late, which made it impossible for us to make the next flight on air canada, we all ran to the terminal, the plane was still there but the air canada folks wouldn't let us board because they said the door was already closed. they told us we had to go all the way back to aegean desk to arrange another flight.

Our flight was canceled after we paid in full and began making further plans. we were refunded only around75% of what we paid! I strongly recommend against ordering Aegaen Airlines!

Flight was late and crew were unwilling to help with information on connections. Call light had been on for 61 minutes without tesponse.

SO disappointing. I spent so much money on this ticket, for them to cancel and not be able to rebook me in time. They were very unhelpful, and condescending throughout the whole Swiss airport. Will not be flying again.

The plane was so hot upon boarding. Their boarding process was so unnecessarily long. Service was subpar.

Swiss ground crew was again at its prime and although I’m United 1K (Star Alliance Gold) they created problems with my hand luggage - while other passengers were boarding with more handbags and larger hand luggages, were critical on my 2 young kids attending the lounge with me and boarding the plane with me on the priority lane.

Liked being hydrated. Carryon weight was limited for cold weather clothes that are heavy... could test to improve if possible.

Luggage did not make it to Miami still not today! Screen did not work for couple hours- got a bate of chocolate as a peaceful offering. Crew tentative, seats are getting smaller- isle seat arm rest foes not fold- problem getting other 2 passengers to go to the toilet without hitting themselves

Sorry my last review for prg to fra was for this flight. My prg to fra flight was fine but my second flight back to Washington DC was with a slow awful crew who wouldn’t come in a timely manner to take trash and take trash before serving coffee tea and was shoving other people’s bottles of water on me when we were not traveling together

Overall good experience. Polite crew. Good foodandentertainment. Seats are small and bit congested though.

Prompt boarding, safe landing and they didn't lose our luggage. No entertainment and no USB plugs to charge phones. No food, though I might have been asleep.

More room would have made things better as would a better gate waiting area and some complementary food (like a breakfast sandwich) and some complementary juice. It was 6:30 AM after all. Our connecting flight from FRA was delayed causing us to miss our connecting flight in Chicago, which was further delayed, thereby getting us home 5 hours late. Frankfurt airport is a bad airport in my view. They should study MSP.

Super uncomfortable. Shoved in like sardines. Overhead bins were tight. Why was coffee charged for? I was insulted. How about an inflight magazine? Why can’t I charge my phone? Maybe the planes are old? They didn’t feel new. Television would have been nice. Bathrooms also very small for anyone not a size 6 or female.

Changing the flight with app and customer service was very difficult and poor .although I h ad a ticket and seat number still had to pay more money as ticket not transfered. Couldn’t buy another ticket for my daughter on my booking too. Customer services’s appealing. My daughter was ill and noine cared.

I always like to travel with Discover Airlines because of their extraordinary services, comfort, and feel safe.

Dropping off checked in luggage was terrible. The queue was insane. It took over an hour to drop off a checked -in suitcase. They had four flights checking in at once and 2 people in the kiosk to assist

Meals were nice are abundant, the staff on both flights were personable and well trained

It was United. I used the United app ahead of time, and no problems other than Frankfurt Flughafen being what it is.

Well Is extra charge for everything and other companies include that and the price.

Very pleasant crew, working hard on a full plane. Delay by a broken seat. However crew made back 60% of the delay.

Cancelled last minute, I had to travel 13 hours by train at night

The seat leg room seemed much tighter on the way home My cheese toasty wasn’t that hot - didn’t realise till half eaten

Plane out was great, one back was cramped. Awful. Thankfully great crew!

The pilot did everything possible to make up the 35 minute delay. His communications were honest, prompt and positive throughout.

Nothing flight was on time, and we boarded and disembarked easily

Staff were lovely. Seats could be wider/ more comfortable and late taking off
