Loved the check-in experience. Very friendly staff and not crowded. I did wind up with a middle-middle seat, which was quite uncomfortable. Always appreciate the very professional staff on TAL.

Was not able to check in online, so had to stand in line for 90 minutes to get a boarding pass, and I had no luggage to check. Why not let people check in in advance on line? Or at a kiosk at the airport?

Not a good experience from Lagos was very terrible paying for one extra bag is #403,600 in dollars is $331 which is too high and when get to Ny I don’t receive my bag till 2nd day some of my stuff was damaged am not really happy with Turkish Airlines very poor services.

the worst experience we had. they put connection label to our luggages with mistake and we had to wait for 5 hours to pick them up

for the very long way the flight has to be more confortable it was very dirty the wc was not clean

First class payment but wife’s seat broken, would recline but not lay flat. On previous flight, delays and ground crew malfunctions connecting jetway made us miss flight to Houston. I asked twice for a cart to assist us getting across the massive Istanbul Airport, but was denied. We are both over 70.

My mother got sick and dying and i have to change my flight and they charged me $2260 that is redisclose.

Flight canceled and uncanceled. I had already rebooked and so have to pay for both. No one is willing to admit fault

I think the seats on some of their planes are uncomfortable. You can be ok on a short flight of two hours but no more than that. The delays, and also the refreshments on the plane were not enough.

Ac was broken so we deplaned, waited 2 hours, taxiing for takeoff they said the plane would not fly so we went back to the gate and got a new plane which took another hour. In all a 4 hour delay for an 80 min flight.

Terrible, oxygen masks were deployed mid-flight. We returned to airport. Took additional 12 hours to get home.

We were delayed bc ground crew gave the flight crew the wrong paperwork. We taxiied to the runway then back to the gate to get the correct paperwork that no one bothered reviewing the first time we pushed back. Boarding was rude and stressful like it always is. Gate agents and flight attendants are all over 55 years of age, embittered by years of underpayment From AA leading to their passive agressive bitchiness for no reason.

Horrible. Flight was delayed and very bumpy. I was super unhappy

Boarding time was easy & quick. Crew was excellent. In-flight entertainment was great/easy. Seats are too small and not enough room between rows: felt like a sardine/very cramped.

After my luggage was grabbed by another passenger, by accident, I chose to speak with the American Airlines staff within the airport. Not only was the customer support staff uninformed but also very argumentative, making this situation harder to deal with. I was only able to finally retrieve my luggage thanks to the passenger who took it contacting me due to the tags on the luggage. All of this was happening during another 2 hour delay and 3 gate changes. Horrible airline with disgusting, on the ground, customer support staff.

Ground crew forced me to double pay for infant international charges, when I complained about this and told them, with proof, I already paid they threaten to not allow me on the plane because I was “being rude”. Horrible ground management, horrible airline.

Lack of information. No meal for a 6hr international flight that departs during dinner time

While going to Porto Portugal my luggage was delayed for 3 days . While coming back My flight was delayed and missed my connecting flight . No compensation for delayed luggage. Not a happy experience .

The 6 hour delay with minimal updates was not handled well. After many complaints from most of the un-boarded passengers, food vouchers were offered. The catering strike meant there was no food or snacks on the plane. Beverage service was heavily impacted, only water or juice was available. The staff at the gate was kind enough to inform that "if you want to eat on the plane, you will need to bring it on when boarding".

Glad that the plane was not full so my 6' 2" husband didn't have anyone in front of him. We were able to sit in a row with a space between us so he could stretch his legs.

Glasses of water very small, no any snack and at the second time that the air attendant serve water or juice, she ignored us, only some passengers had something to drink.😕

I did not like the fact that our bags went missing

Plane was a Rouge vacation flyer for some reason. No legroom and entertainment. People were desperately looking for USB ports and such. And then there is this notorious and unsolved space problem where not all carry-on fits in the cabin….

Fight left late making it extremely hard to make the connection. Flight staff was pleasant and efficient.

Everything with the flight was okay, but things Air Canada can’t control, such as the delayed flight, and the disastrous situation at the Palm Springs airport with such overcrowded waiting areas really makes me think twice about flying from there again.

I paid extra for a window seat and when I got to my seat I had a wall where the window was supposed to be, this ruined my experience with AC! Also, there were no complimentary snacks, I will probably not book another flight with this air Canada again.

Shockingly chaotic boarding experience with little guidance from the crew. Domestic-sized seats for a 14 hour flight. Compared to other international flights I've been on this was by far the worst.

The flight and crew was above average. However, there was a two hour delay.

The flight attendants were superb and the service was outstanding. Some passengers with small children were very rude and inconsiderate, kids were constantly crying and some were running around the aisle unsupervised.

Horrible flight attendant in back of economy that screamed at me, have already reported to United. Horrible food - for Gluten free, why would you assume the person is vegetarian? I was served some kind of horrible curry bean paste and multiple cold rolls and soggy vegetables with no seasoning... um no!

Made us check our car seat that could have been used on the 11 hour connecting flight, we explained we wanted to use it and they said we could. When we arrived at our connecting flight the car seat was at the bottom of the plane. This made our flight home 11+ hours pretty hard at times with our toddler. We wished we had our car seat which he had rode on the flight there earlier in the week. The air dolomiti staff were mixed- some were so nice while others (one in particular in Genoa) seemed bothered to be assisting us.

I always like to travel with Discover Airlines because of their extraordinary services, comfort, and feel safe.

Dropping off checked in luggage was terrible. The queue was insane. It took over an hour to drop off a checked -in suitcase. They had four flights checking in at once and 2 people in the kiosk to assist

Extremely kind staff, very good landing and take off. On time.

Flight was delayed and caused us to miss connection in IAD. Then bags didn’t arrive at bag claim until 1.25 hours after flight landed.

I was unable to select my seat when checking in online.

Everything was fine except that the ground personnel in Toronto wasn't able to operate the jet bridge, so that everybody was stuck in the plane after landing for 40 min, so I missed my connection.

Crew was more interested on looking at their phones than welcoming passengers during boarding.

British Airways planes are too old verses other airlines, followed by luggage not turning up, with a customer service team unhelpful in trying to locate or send to hotel was appalling. 3 days without suitcases on a leg that flies 2 x daily.

The entertainment system in the plane ✈️ didn’t work in our row… makes for a MUCH longer flight.

My parents travelled through british airways. Service was very poor. They were not able to eat anything in the flight due to poor customer service in the flight.

Had to cancel flight due to war in the Middle East, no refund, and insurance wouldn’t cover it!

Superb staff, ingenious seating in Club class. Superb food and service. Loading and unloading. Ample cabin overhead luggage space. But the earphone socket was damaged and did not give binaural audio. Very hard to follow a film over the engine noise. Nor could I get to play Sudoku for want of instructions.

The plane seemd untidy and old. Ran out of food and drinks
