Pros:Nothing. We didn't take this flight because of the SATA airline strike which left us stuck in Ponta Felgada for 2 days.
Cons:We were majorly inconvenienced when finding out our flight was delayed, then cancelled completely, the. It happened again the next day. Lost 2 days of our trip whih were supposed to be in Lisbon. We found a Ryanair flight to Porto just to get to the mainland. What a nightmare. Never flying with Azores/SATA again!!

Cons:Almost everything seemed to be out-of-order and the crew seemed to be really struggling in order to bring some level of comfort to the on-board passengers.

Cons:5 hrs delay and missed all connecting flights. Airline initially rescheduled flight 2 days later. Called Kayak and got no support. Kayak agent told us to keep pushing the airline. After 2 hrs of "working" with the airline, we were able to fly into Madrid the following day. Had to spend extra money for hotel room and car rental in Madrid because our final destination was Sevilla. Will never work with Azores or Kayak again. BTW, did we mention that while "working" with Azores to reschedule flight, we were booked to fly into an island off of Africa. Luckily, we followed up online with the changed itinerary.
