Find cheap flights from Boston to Grand Junction from $204

I paid $380 for my one-way ticket from California to Minnesota. The fair did not include online check-in. I received instructions from their app to check in at a kiosk. At the kiosk, the boarding pass would not print until an actual person came to verify that I had a personal item and not a carry-on item, On the plane, the person next to me was drunk and allowed to continue to order alcohol. United is garbage I’d rather fly spirit.

The plane was dirty and the in seat air wasn't blowing as planes usually do.

Our original business class flight was cancelled so we not only downgraded but we were also spread out across the plane not sitting together in separate middle seats. My poor kids were scared and couldn’t see me on the flight and the crew wasn’t sensitive to the situation and what the airlines did to us. Very dissatisfied with United airlines.

Positive: Entertainment via phone on the short was great and my first time. Good food and wine and head phones for free. Negative: Seat hardly reclined on the long flight. Breakfast was an egg with a bun. No egg choices and rather have something sweet like bun/jam and Youghurt.

They did get us booked on a later flight, but it made us miss our connecting flight. So, we had to stay and another state overnight with no luggage or clothes. Because they kept our luggage at airport for next flight on the next day.

Flight was on time. Staff were friendly. I paid for Economy Plus but was required to check my standard carry-on luggage due to lack of space on the aircraft. This cost me 30 minutes, unexpectedly, in waiting at the baggage claim. This experience did not meet my expectations.

Crew is way too many times on the intercom re explaining the same thing

Amazing comfortable chairs great snacks super friendly staff pilots did excellent job. Smooth sailing all the way. Definitely be flying United more.

We waited too long to get water while the plane was on the Tarmac awaiting de-icing.

delayed delayed delayed. was supposed to have a 2 hour layover and very nearly missed my connection.

Despite a bumpy flight the pilot was great. The rest of the crew on the other hand couldn’t care less if a passenger would colapse and die. Horrible service, robot like, lifeless…

Flight to Phoenix was delayed 1 hour and was not weather related. Flight Denver was delayed 2.5 hours and again was not weather related as the plane came from San Francisco.

No service due to turbulence. No entertainment on this type of aircraft. But nice old comfortable seats.

Great service, on time, professional experience. Great landing under challenging crosswind conditions at BWI. I made my connection in Charlotte despite the plane getting stuck finding a gate to park in on arrival. The only glitch -- the Airbus 320 from CLT to BWI was quite comfortable, but the larger 321 from Logan to Charlotte had minimal leg/knee room. I get that it's a high volume route but dang, couldn't even open my laptop it was so tight

I don’t think I should have to pay for extra legroom because I’m a tall person I had to get the extra legroom for comfort that shouldn’t be the case. I should be penalized by the airlines for being a tall person..

Uncomfortable plane, no entertainment and to board they had us standing in a line for over 20-30 minutes

Flight was delayed twice then cancelled. We were never notified of a new booking.

Flight was delayed 4 hours for no reason given. We were not updated. We were not given any food or drink. We were not offered any compensation.
