Flight was delayed and no information was provided what was new time Change gate 3 times at Madina airport First gate was 113 Second gate was 204 And last gate was 113 again

Flight never took off. Boarded after multiple 30 minutes interval delays for hours.. then after an hour onboard, captain announce cancellation and back on the bus to the terminal with no information and everyone to fend for self.. Emirates did absolutely nothing to communicate either electronically or announcement. It’s unprecedented I know with the flood but lack of communication creates anxiety and extra pain for staff. Emirates should do better.. no supervisors monitoring floor and passengers abusing them which isn’t right but should Have had supervisors monitoring

Worst ever. No assistance and communication from Emirates crew. No visibility of when the flight is flying. Couldn’t understand if we can go to lounge to take rest. Emirates system at a certain point said flight is not operating and suggested to take the next flight and in few minutes it suddenly opened the gate for boarding. unsupportive and rude crew. Worst experience ever. Flight was delayed by 5 hours so need the compensation for that.

My Experience was ok. But the gentleman next to me vaped the whole flight and the attendants did nothing, whether they were aware, I’m not sure.

Absolutely terrible delays for 3 hours changed seats after we paid an upgrade on both legs. It appears it’s up to us to request a refund after they down graded our seat. Never again !!

This airline is one of the best Ihave travel around the world well use them again in the future the food was higher quality plus your personal aboard communicated in many languages on our flights 13 this was amazing 👏 🤩 😀 👌 😄 thank you

The crew manager let the staff down by not ensuring special dietary requirements meal were coming in drips . The poor cabin crew did not stop . If organised the cabin could take a short break ..The cabin crew were AWESOME UNLIKE THIER TWO MANAGES!

Seat and leg space is much better than the Qatar airline. The crew I would like to say is not meeting the requirements of emirates airlines cause it almost 20 years I am flying with emirates this time I really feel that crew is not behaving well someone asked for water waited more than 30 minutes and there are more incidents in this flight.

More leg room and comfortable seats at least for long flights

Horrible. Boarding was terrible. For a huge airplane, we needed to be transported to the plane. The boarding area was overcrowded and frantic. .The seats were so uncomfortable. The food was fine.

Movie selection was ok, but could be better. Would like to see greater selection of newer movies.

Loved the check-in experience. Very friendly staff and not crowded. I did wind up with a middle-middle seat, which was quite uncomfortable. Always appreciate the very professional staff on TAL.

Don’t use them on the IST-isb route, horrible service

Was not able to check in online, so had to stand in line for 90 minutes to get a boarding pass, and I had no luggage to check. Why not let people check in in advance on line? Or at a kiosk at the airport?

Not a good experience from Lagos was very terrible paying for one extra bag is #403,600 in dollars is $331 which is too high and when get to Ny I don’t receive my bag till 2nd day some of my stuff was damaged am not really happy with Turkish Airlines very poor services.

COmpared to my experience in the business class of other airlines the food variety and offerings were meager. They did not have any cookies or crackers for snacking! They were unable to offer some other items. This has never been my experience in other airlines.

Paying for reserved seats and never received the seats I paid for !! Just fake and a surprise out of their " box "

Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to your prompt response.

For the price we paid, I couldn’t complain. Was good value for money. Service was excellent but food was mediocre. Crew were excellent and spoke English. You will never go hungry. The food was ample but was mediocre. Entertainment limited and wifi doesn’t all allow you to access some social media. The best part was comfortable seats and bed (business class) with a screen to close out the rest of the cabin.

Good airline for the price. The Air stewardess are great, nothing is to much trouble. Will use again.

Cheapest option from Gatwick £400 cheaper than Emirates and Qatar. Entertainment no where near as good as Emirates and Qatar, but saved £400 so all good.

The flight was cancelled without any reason. But the next flight to Shanghai has to be cancelled to pay penalty.

We were cutting it close on our connecting flight and notified all staff at departing gate and flight attendants. From the start, we were told to check in with the international transfer desk by everyone, except for one lady who wanted to argue the time difference that was already taken into account. We also asked if we could try to exit the plane first (our family of 4 and 8 others on the same connecting flight). They just told us to check in with international transfers. We landed and had very little time to make our next flight. We were not offered any assistance or communication to the receiving gate. We ran all the way to the international transfers gate only to be turned away. I think we could have made it if we were allowed to exit and a call was made to other check in counter. After that we spent 6 grueling hours with our kids trying to rebook a flight. No food of any type of compensation was offered besides a dirty hotel room. The ladies with China Eastern at the Shanghai International counter were rude an unhelpful. We were directed to 3 different counters and waited before they said they forgot about a hotel. It was a long, miserable day. I believe this could have all been avoided.

Flight was fine, however we were not able to check in online, this adds to travel stress. Luckily check-in at Heathrow was quick, but we did not get the seats we paid extra for. We paid for a window and 2 aisle seats from Shanghai to Tokyo leg, but they changed us to middle seats. Not good :(

You’re in the three parts of my life, the China Eastern air crew remembered and wish me happy birthday. I was given pastries on two different occasions and a complementary drink. The stew is wish me happy birthday and gave me a birthday card. Everything was first class. Thank you.

2 hours delay on the 1st plane out of the day!!!!!

The flight was delayed for almost 5 hours, but I understand that it was not up to the company, however how they could handle the situation better, they never apologized for that delay, moreover despite passengers being there for 7 hours only thing they did was to give a bowl of instant noodles, afterwards on the plane tiny snacks, people were there starting from lunch time and we’ve arrived to destination at almost midnight
