First flight got cancelled. Got booked for another flight departing 3.5 hours later which ended up being 1hr delayed... The flight was good when we finally ended up flying.

Very smooth flight, great landing- entertainment didn’t work so well

Pilot and first officer did really an amazing job. I can best discribe their flying as finesse. Inital service with food/beverages was great, however after that the crew just kind of packed it in and were sitting in the galleys chatting for the remainder of the flight. I wanted a bottle of water, went to the mid plane galley, was told they were only available in the back, so had to walk the length of the plane just to get a bottle of water. That was a new experience on an airplane for me. Pretty sure evem Spirit will bring you the bottle of water you are paying for. Seat was comfy, magazine worth the read. Entertainment nonexistant unless you want to pop for the $4 headphones.

When I got into Maui I had a layover but there was a flight to Honolulu earlier. I asked the gate agent to see if I could get on the earlier flight to get home sooner. Ke'van is so great! He was very helpful and friendly and I appreciate him very much
