Captain and Crew were excellent. The Boeing 737-800 was showing its age. In flight entertainment system was sluggish and my Business Class seat on the outbound flight had some mechanical issues. Only real problem was the location of the Gate in Panama PTY. It was a 40 minute hike from Security to the Gate. There should have been some sort of warning about the distance.

landed in panama it was in terminal one. We had to take a bus to terminal two for customs. Then back to terminal one. It was very frustrating. Then, on the way back from panama it was the same situation. We had to go back and forth between terminals to check in and drop our bags and then to board. When we were leaving, we had to wait in line for the boarding area and go through another gate security process. They told the bottles of water and coffee were bought while in line in the airport after we passed the main security. Ridiculous (and expensive). A much better communication system is needed.

Very good, despite we had a delay because of some problems at the airport.

Copa me elige como "voluntario" para cambiarme y poder enviar a una familia a la cual había sobrevendido los tiquetes. Finalmente me envían a las carreras con Avianca, pero Copa lleva mis maletas hasta Panama y luego las devuelve a mi aeropuerto de origen, dejandome sin mis pertenencias y además no asumen la responsabilidad ya que dicen que es problema de Avianca Literalmente vi cuando el avión de Copa se lleva mis maletas, sus funcionarios en Bogota, incluyendo la gerente local me aseguran la entrega en Miami, pero simplemente era para poder engañarme y dar el cambio de silla por sobreventa

other than a slight delay in takeoff from Panama , the flights were excellent ..... we will continue to use Copa whenever possible for flights to and from Central and South America ....

I didn't realize they didn't have bathrooms on the plane. Almost had a very bad situation.

It was confusing because I got a notification that my gate was changed when in reality it wasn’t

I missed my plane because there was a lot of people during the migration process. The airline has the chance to care for their clients and they could get the passengers missing in the flight. I lost a day of work and Montfort transportation to go back home and go to the airport again. Unfortunately the airline doesn’t care about that. I use latam at least 4 times a year, so I guess I need to be treat better. In addition, one on my baggages didyarricw to my destination. So frustrated with this trip.

Everthing ok , crew very nice but but we had a bad experience with the wheel chair we had to wait too much for the chair, my husband couldn’t walk and he was in lot of pain , LATAM has to take care of that

I loved how polite the crew was even though some of them wasn't the best with English that they still done everything they could to help me with my needs food was amazing

Awful, horrible customer service. Flight got delayed and had to spend y the night in Bogota as a result. Very poor

As usual, LATAM tried to rip me off as a Gringo. They ignored the fact that having paid for my assigned seats, I was entitled to one free luggage per person, up to 10kg, and tried to charge me USD40 per item. While they ripped me off by $160 on my outbound flight (4 luggage pieces, which should have been free), I vehemently protested this time around. Note that they only request this from gringos, not from Spanish speakers. LATAM behaves like a racist extortion organization.

I expected the plane to be as the one I took from manaos to Bogota and unfortunately it wasn’t as nice, the sits didn’t recline and there was not onboard entertainment.

Seat space was terrible no food on a six hour flight

Boarding was very expedite. The chairs are fixed you can't rest comfortable during the flight.

No comfort at all. You should add at least 1 meal or a bottle of water. I wanted to buy one sandwich and everything was gone.

There was absolutely no food or drink service unless it was paid for. I am not used to this.

All four American Airlines flights I took in last seven days were delayed. Caused me loads of problems, missed meetings, loss of time and money.

They ocer booked the connecting flight. My bags took a long time to come out, nevertheless I got to the gate in time to board, but they have given my seat to another passenger. They were aware I was connecting from another flight that was a little late, but they did not care. The customer representatives were rude. A horrible experience.

A disaster, I lost my connection due to overcrowding at the Miami airport, having a 3-hour layover and the airline did nothing to reboard me on time and I had to sleep on the floor for 18 hours.

Was flying in premium eco and there were around 5-6 movies I wanted to watch and none of those could I play for some reasons. Not just me we checked w the person sitting next to me. Few of the movies were only playable :( Also that was not great that we couldn't upgrade to business however tried to, many times before the flight :(

Boarding time was easy & quick. Crew was excellent. In-flight entertainment was great/easy. Seats are too small and not enough room between rows: felt like a sardine/very cramped.

The flight attended didn't ask one everyone in our party if they wanted a drink or snack. The one attended appeared to hate her job which is the one that attended to us.

My overall experience was wonderful. American airlines looked after me very well in all my flights. I'm especially thankful with the way they dealt with my connection Phoenix - Honolulu, in which I had less than 20 mins to board, and the staff were able to get me in, as well as my luggage. A big thanks to them!

They needed to de-ice the plane. Apparently airlines have a problem keeping their de-icing vehicles in good repair. After we backed away from the gate we sat and didn't move for nearly an hour. Nearly an HOUR with minimal communication from the flight crew. Eventually the sun took care of what American Airlines could not and melted the minimal ice. We finally took of a hour late which, in turn, jacked up our connection in Chicago.

This flight was cancelled and I was passed around and given four different flight plans that got me in PV a full day late. I had to rebook a different flight with Delta and that was amazing

The seemingly have no respect for their customers, on any level. Definitely my last time flying spirit.

I had a phobia for Spirit and now is 100% confirmed. Flight delayed, missed connecting flight and staying overnight . Now not even able to get my boarding pass until I’ll get into the airport. It’s really really bad at this point

Sat on plane at gate for an hour and 45 minutes and the information being provided was not frequent enough and at times not truthful (waiting for paperwork about a part that had already been replaced...then watched maintenance guy bring part on board, install and leave, then told part was just installed...doesn't inspire confidence

We got back to Atlanta in two hours. Was able to get to work just 30 minutes later than I thought.

I DID MY CHECK ON THE SCREEN AND BECAUSE OF THAT THEY HAD TO REPEAT IT AT THE BOARDING COUNTER BECAUSE THEY SAID THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION, ALSO I HAVE ONLY ONE BACKPACK AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I SELECTED IT TO DO A RANDOM REVIEW OF ALL THE THINGS THAT I HAVE THERE AND THEY DECIDE THAT IT WAS TOO MUCH EVEN THE MEASURE WAS OK, WHICH WAS A WEIRD SITUATION AFTER THEY REVIEW IT AND IT WAS OK, I HAE TO DO AGAIN THE WHOLE LINE TO INSIDE THE PLANE, THEY ASKED ME ALSO IF I WANT A MORE ROOM PLACE WITH IT THINK WAS NICE BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY GOING TO CHARGE ME, I TOLD THEM THAT I DIDN'T ASK FOR THAT AND I DON'T WANT IT THEN I NOTICE THAT WAS PLENTY OF OPEN CHAIRS, MY THOUGHT WAS WHY THEY DON'T ASSIGN THOSE CHAIR TO THE TRAVELERS TO HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE INSTEAD OF HAVE THEM EMPTY.

The flight was delayed almost two hours on the front end, and an hour on the backend once we landed and waited for a gate to open up. We were told to remain in our seats during that whole delay and I had to go to the bathroom badly. I was unable to hold it and was forced to urinate in my pants while in my seat. I then had to sit in it until we finally deboarded and I was able to change my clothes.

Trip never happened because they cancelled our flight down to fort myers. They kept pushing back the departure in two hour increments saying ghey were waiting for staff and then finally 4 hours later they cancelled saying it was weather. No abailable flights with them until two days later. Ended up getting a refund and using southwest.

They charged $89 for checked in baggage but they again charged $69 at the airport for the carry on. Seats were uncomfortable. Crew was trained though.

Arrived Ft Lauderdale waited 90 minutes for plane to park so nearly missed my connection and no luggage as it was lost. My worst flight experience in 50 years of flying.

Very bad. Plane delayed. Crew not nice. Luggage weight limit is 40lbs and they overcharge for over weight
