$147 Find cheap flights from Caribbean Islands to El Paso

It is the worst service I have ever found in Business Class in 39 years of traveling. The guy in the area was not qualified to work as a flight attendant. Dress, attitude and delivery was inadequate.

The gate crew did try to help, however they lacked the information as to whether the flight will operate or not. Being delayed 6 hours and in a limbo on whether the flight will operate or not is not fun. The airline having staffing issues is not encouraging at all.

The flight from DFW to chs was delayed with multiple gate changes.

From check-in staff to in-flight staff, everyone was wonderfully kind

What an idiot at the boarding gate. Even flying First she was mean and unpleasant.

entertainment choice was excellent for both movies and audio. Food was quite good. Staff was excellent and flight was on time and smooth.

For the money that I paid it was a good deal. I sat in the back of the plane and didn't pick a seat and my wife I sat together. Mission accomplished.

The flight was delayed several times without explanation. The seats were terribly uncomfortable and wifi isn’t included. All these make for a less than ideal flight.

They cancelled two flight and got us onto another airline, which was also delayed.

Nothing, terrible travel experience due to weather and maintenance delays and was left stranded in Austin.
