Everything was fantastic. Modern plane. All the amenities! Although the paid snacks and meals are pure robbery. Like i understand airlines need to make money, but 11$ USD for an overnight oats with some nuts in it and barely any pieces of apple.... Highway robbery

United needs to figure out its Economy PLUS standards; its better than economy but that's not saying much. It seems like United stripped away all the basics for an international flight (such as In Seat entertainment) and repackaged some of them as plus. Would not fly United internationally again.

The flight was bumpy. No Breakfast or coffee was served, not even a bottle of water. The food was okay but odd. Rice with peas instead of couscous with some unknown green thing. United Airlines did not tell me that there was VERY LIMITED HANDICAP SERVICE IN NAPLES. De-plane via 20 aluminum steps. Taken to Van. You must walk into the terminal, find luggage, and then walk out to the rental car pickup spot that is 1 block from the terminal.

Crew did their best but the plane configuration is too tight if you're bigger than an average sardine. Controls for the entertainment system didn't all work. The aircraft hadn't been cleaned in awhile.

Flight was delayed due to weather and clogged toilet. Had to deplane. Flight was 3 hours delayed. Crew was awesome and offered water and snacks.

Didn't make it dir to delays - no support from United staff

Horrible! I paid for a straight flight from Chicago to London. A week before trip it changed and now I had a connecting flight. Our flight was delayed an hour and a half because our flight crew was still flying in from CA. Forty passengers ran from one plane to the next. The next United Airlines flight was delayed two to three hours because of mechanical difficulties. They had to ready another plane which took time. I missed my scheduled excursion in London. 😢

My flight was delayed for a whole day, so I lost a day of my vacation.

United cancelled the flight after a 2 hour delay. The only choice was a 24 hour delay which was then 3 hours delayed.

I like the leg room in the exit isle..easier to get past people and I did t have to pay extra! Westjet changed my return flight time to a night flight 2 weeks before I left and left me hanging with NO HELP to resolve all the frustration they caused since I booked thru BudgetAir. They receive the lowest of star ratings I can give (if there was negative stars I’d be using those) for customer support and an overall bad score for the rest of the experience! So sad cause they used to good :)

Better boarding process, but not the fault of the airline… people are dumb.

No issues at all! Seats are small with very little leg room but it's what you expect from a low budget airline. I would definitely use them again.

Don't fly westjet if you help it. Incredibly bad system/app, does not work. I have to fight westjet now for money back on goods I didn't receive and hotels because of delays. Extremely stressful flying westjet. For the cost of the plane tickets I felt utterly robbed. I also feel bad for the under paid staff at the westjet help desk who have to deal with so many ripped off and angry customers. Companies should not be allowed to operate like this! I don't know how they get away with it?

The flight was on time - which is good. But pretty much every other aspect of the experience was bad. They charged 55$ for a carry on bag!

It was my first experience with westjet and it is really awesome to travel with westjet. I highly recommend to everyone.

Flight was old and the seats were not comfortable at all. They made me pay 55$ to take my carry-on bag onboard.

Westjet is the worst airline in the world, they are absolutely terrible, there are to many things that happened that I can't explain in this message, I would like to talk to someone about my ordeal. I am partial handicapped and that I can only walk a short distance, I calculated how far I walked and it was more than a kilometer, the pain is so bad today I have to go to my docor, they told me there was nobody available to take me to my gate, this is just one instance. This is not finished yet, I need to contact westjet and let them know about my trip from hell

West jet once again canceled the flight delaying my travel this is inexcusable they are not capable of running an airline

We booked a ticket with Budget Air and the receipt said economy. My older teen daughter is neurodivergent and took a carry on bag since the ticket said economy, but she didn't see that it said no bags on her boarding pass. She has low attention. She managed to fly from Prince George to Calgary. At Calgary, she was preparing to board her last flight and the women said you can't get on. She said you can't board unless you pay for those bags. She had a small backpack, purse and carry on suitcase. She said you have to pay $160 +. My daughter has trouble understanding. She said can you step out of line to think about what you want to do. Then she said we have to leave you'll have to catch another flight. She called me in tears. I asked her to pass the phone to the agent. She said the agent was refusing to take the phone and ignoring her. I finally calmed her down enough to politely ask the woman to take my credit card. I told the woman of my daughter's challenges and need for extra helps. All she did was lecture me on how we booked ultra basic and we should have checked. She took my number and charged my card. Then I heard her push the phone back to my daughter and tell her to get on. My poor daughter was scared and confused and had to fly in tears. No apologies.

Lots of selection for entertainment. Fight was comfortable. However. The flight was delayed multiple times. And the delay caused us to miss an important mwwting.

I think it was a very good, left in time and reached in time. Crew was good

More room for carry-on. Or having people bring correct carry-on.

I was instructed to put my carry on under my seat, because it was a backpack, not a wheeled carrying. It it almost the same size as a wheeled carrying, soni had no legroom for the flight and could not even put my feet flat on the floor. I spent the entire flight with my ankle and knee twisted and could barely walk by the time we landed. As other travellers boarded, the same flight attendant allowed them to put their small backpacks in the overhead bins, along with their wheeled carry ons. There were empty luggage bins when the plane took off. Air Canada clearly does not care.about the comfort of their passengers.

To be honest, nothing went well. Our flight was cancelled and we had a total nightmare trying to find out information of what to do. We had $2000.00 in frozen fish that we had to locate and then fight with Air Canada to get a hotel for the night that had a freezer. It took over 5 hours to resolve and 5 levels of management. We went from the customer service desk to a manager, to a lead manager, who had to contact Toronto, who had to wait for an answer from another level of management as to whether or not they could put us up at a "business class" hotel since it was the only option and we were "econo class" passengers. The vouchers we received for food barely bought a supper and breakfast and although the hotel was nice, our fish was definitely not cared for from start to finish and after a once in a lifetime fishing trip to have it end the way it did was such a disappointment and Air Canada, well, they really didn't care.

Internet wouldn’t work even after I paid for the package. That was my only real complaint, otherwise excellent.

Flights were mostly on time. Pilots were courteous and provided direction and information appropriately. The flights encountered mild turbulence which was handled well. Staff on planes and at the airports were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I called to put a stop to this ticket because it was fraudulent. Nobody stopped it. Then they sent me to Mastercard to fight it alone. Thanks (Sarc) to everyone who helped facilitate fraud and would not dare attempt to stop it.

What a bad service not nice staff The luggages was lost (hopefully not stolen) when talked to person at Calgary airport he said Ahhhhh don’t worry it happen all the times I have been told Air Canada is not a good airline now am sure it is very bad

Gate staff and onboard crew were positive and helpful. The concern and complaint is related to the 4+ delays over a 5 hour period of time.
