I would have liked it to have been easier to order food for the flight. My son was not happy with the snack pack I bought him and it was a very long flight for a little boy to go without food.

We all boarded early, that allowed us to leave a little early.

Ground staff at LAX was very helpful. The Alaska lounge food and service is better than most airport lounges. I think the Staff are well trained polite and actually seem happy to work there. Great service Thanks 🙏 Jjk

The flight was very very delayed and arrived much later than planned. There was no communication about why or when our arrival would be. I would expect better and open communication about the flight but there was none. Also just pretzels? How disappointing.

I got to my destination but no comforts no snacks nothing. Like herding cows!!

My only comment was the confusion at Houston. Suppose to leave at 6 am and didn't leave til 11 am. Then moving from gate 10 to 30 and couple of hours later back to gate 10. Otherwise everyone everything was great.

The food options could be better. Possibly some sandwiches to be added to the menu.

Great flight. No problems. Everett Airport was so easy to get into and out of. Great alternative to SeaTac. Alaska was excellent!

There was a medical emergency on board the crew handled it very professionally and the ambulance crew as well. I am very impressed. Thank you Clyde Barron 31 D
